Stereo is the best nightclub to dance the night away, by far. It has everything: impeccable sound-system, spacious dancefloor, crazy lighting, clean and private bathrooms, and a smoking alley that will make you feel like you are in an 80s movie! The crowds are highly variable in terms of age and lifestyle, but that doesn't matter because everyone in attendance is only there to dance and enjoy the music; which is extremely liberating and welcoming. I've had the best nights of my life at this place, and I'm sure I am not the only one carrying this sentiment.If you plan on coming to this club, it would be wise to plan ahead (i.e., buying tickets online and not at the door) as you'll be guaranteed a spot in and once you are in, the night is yours.EDIT: It should be also noted that Stereo has a strict no-recording policy inside the club, which means that there aren't random flashes going on during the night, and almost no one is filming what's going on inside. This means that the club affords you a lot of privacy, which can be important to many when going out to an after-hours club. This is a big plus, in my opinion; it makes the club a lot more personalized and homey.

The 1st room they charge you 20$ for is super hot, no vents or AC its like and oven and you gotta wait forever to get a drink.

The bouncers were extremely rude, told us they would kick us out unless we stopped being on our phones. Customers are mostly adults in their 40s so it’s definitely not the place for a younger crowd. It was my second time over there and I really wasted my time…
RED FLAG. Very disappointed with their customer service. Had four tickets and two days before the session I had an accident. Contacted them for the cancellation of my tickets and after the Stereo rep said there was no problem, they never reimbursed or replied my messages.
This is a must check out place if you are in Quebec and if you enjoy drag shows. If you are not into drag shows then they do have a club as well but it seemed a little dead to me. This place gets packed very quickly so it's best to check the show time and arrive on time otherwise it might be difficult to see anything.
