Waited for more then 20 minutes at the drive through and the girl at the window didn't even give me a smile. Not a good service
love the team ! So kind to me always. I once kindly asked them to tone down the music because it was too loud to study and the employee put the volume down directly.

They arent very consistent with the quality of the products, always some sort of minor inconvenienceVery long waits, traffic in the drive through spills into the streets causing gridlcok, the only Starbucks I go to that only allows 3 people in at a time, while every other one has 10-20 people policy's thus you need to wait outside in the cold.Also if you pay cash the staff will have trouble counting your change
This place is ridiculous. I always regret going here. It’s the only Starbucks that if you go through the drive through or walk inside you’ll wait 30 minutes for your order.
We went last Saturday at noon and it was closed! Not even a sign, just a couple of trash cans in the middle of the car service.We walked to the door and anybody came to serve us.Horrible place.
Always super slow service. Can clearly see the manager doing nothing behind the counter. Cars always backed up on the service road….

Ok, this has been going on for a while now. I understand that with covid, and short staff, sometimes stores have to close earlier, or even close their dining rooms and only accept take out/drive through customers. BUT WHY DO YOU DISCONNECT YOUR PHONE when we only want to check if you're open or not?I just drove 25 minutes to get here. Before parking my car I checked from the window if there are people inside, and there were people inside indeed! I get off my car and find the door closed and the barrista saying "we're close". Like wth? Are there any standards as to when you guys should close your doors? I didn't hear any news regarding maximum number of people allowed inside from the government recently so why? I'm in the middle of my final exams, took 25 min of my precious time to come here grab a coffee and have a quick study session just to take a break from my room all day, now I have wasted 1h of my time and got a bad mood as an extra thanks to you guys. I love your café but please fix this.
Cute Starbucks in a local area.I come here often for take-outs. It’s fast and the staff are friendly.It’s pretty empty on weekdays so makes for a nice study area.
