Yesterday I went for the first time to this location. My order was good however the customer service is very poor. The name of the employee is Tammy she is unplesant person. I asked her for a bag and seemed to bother her.Today we went for the second time as we like to give second opportunities and again Tammy was there. I requested no wipped cream on my drink and she looked at me with a angry face. I do not know if she had a bad day but she should not take this to every customer or maybe she was upset because we spoke English as clear we heard she spoke with someone in French. She had no manors, she never said thank you, you're welcome, have a good night nothing no even merci... I have been working in a customer service for almost 10 years and grettings are the number one phrases that you have to say when someone enter to the store. If she hate that someone speak in English I am sorry. She is working for an American Company.
I don't think Starbucks really cares about reviews nor do I generally leave one. Customer service is not usually a problem at Starbucks but I had to deal with a particular rude barista here. I know one gets annoyed after dealing with customer after customer but it doesn't take much to be polite.
We were 2 people, with nobody else in line or any other orders in-progess, and they made mistakes with both of our orders. I don't get it.
There are two ladies came to Starbucks today 18 February at 8am with a dog and chatting or flirting purposes more than to have a coffee. with the Starbucks employee and hold up the peoples behind. I am not against employees. But one coffee chatting for 5 minutes it isn't normal. I am sure Starbucks do have the recording camera. I did recording on my cell phone as well but the two ladies have arguing force me to deleted the records from my mobile phone. As I say I don't want to use my time to argue. Just to avoid face to face confrontation these kind of ladies isn't worth. Hope the Starbucks employees just avoid of this kind flirting during on the job. The conversation doesn't seem to have ordered the coffee.
The worst coffee latté I had in my whole life, after 25 minutes waiting, I noticed that it is mostly milk with no taste of coffee, I even asked for a second shot to make it seems like a coffee ... See the result in pictures ... Please for that price, come on !
Bro I ask for a hot latte, they gave me it with cold milk whoever the guy was working on December 2nd at 5:30pm I take back my “have a good night” for shame
If you’ve seen my other reviews on the service level of Starbucks in Canada, you know the rankings are genuinely honest reflections.Today I stood in line waiting for my order for over 30 minutes. This is probably the second worst Starbucks in Canada, and top three worst now belong to Quebec, more specifically Montreal.The reputation for Starbucks and the overall brand of speed and quality continues to be challenged by the locations in Canada.Corporate should reshuffle the deck across their stores and rethink senior leadership as the service is awful on a good day.Update #2 - Probably the worst location, waiting time exceeds 40 minutes for a simple espresso.
The line for ordering went as fast as any other Starbucks but the wait time for the orders being prepared was 20 minutes! There were 6 staff members doing small tasks like putting stickers on bags and the two in the section of preparing drinks were talking about their days and moving very slow. It would have been faster to walk to place ville Marie and order there.
They need to reorganize their line of production. Took 20 minutes to get my coffee order (flat white soy with extra shot) when this never happens and you could clearly see that the issue was their organization behind the counter.Will probably never go back if it's after 8am and knowing their's another one 5 minutes away
I always love Starbucks except for this branch. There's 5 staff in front and long line of customers waiting for their turn to order. Two staff at the counter is just talking to each other and the other 2 are just too slow preparing the orders and there is this one competent crew who is trying to catch up with the orders. I just want hot chocolate and it took me 20 minutes to order and another 8min to get my hot chocolate.
