Terrible. I ordered chicken strips, we waited like 50 minutes and they still hadn’t started with my order when I asked them. -.- I ended up getting a refund because I wasn’t going to wait another 50 minutes

Happy with my takeout! Placed the order on their app and every was perfect. Ready in time, perfectly prepared. Their midi go menu is really worth it!

When I go to Harvey's, like I did 2 weeks ago, I always order the same thing. A double angus burger+cheese+bacon, with fries and vanilla milkshake.Today I gave my order to the young girl(young black Lady, didn't see her name sorry) and when I asked for a vanilla milkshake and even said in French "lait frappé à la vanille", she flat out told me that wasn't on the menu when I ordered it there 2 weeks previous.That ANNOYED me as I love the Harvey's milkshake. Chose a coke out of obligation as the girl clearly didn't know what she was doing..it wasn't what I wanted at all. I paid and waited, the guy behind me orders.I wait and the double angus cheese comes without bacon and the guy behind me that ordered after me got served first. That was my burger that was missing baconI then told them my insatisfaction. The head manager comes and appologizes and offers a pie because I "waited" which one do you want apple or strawberry cheese?" "apple" I said. It was a kind enough gesture although they knew very well they made yet another mistake in service.After eating my food, I had the pie..i got the strawberry one nit the apple after I was asked..WHY couldn't they get my order right this time???Mistakes happen. The girl was being trained but I was disapointed at her lack of knowing what a milkshake was..When a client wants something that IS on the menu, he shouldn't have to fight to get it, instead of not caring and saying nonsense" no, don't have it", she needs to say " ohh? Not aware about that, one moment please" and get the supervisor and get the product to the client. There's no shame in going to find out.This experience was ridiculous, botched and just not up to par.The worst service I have ever received in any Harvey's. It had to happen I guessThe girl at the cash DID NOT want to be there really, I sadly felt it.That's where 1 star comes into consideration( the food was fine for the most part). I remained polite and poised but I felt like really telling the lot what I thought. Food service isn't easy but there weren't that many people in the restaurant really..My previous experience went so well too.The food was good but this time the service itself was absolutely horrendous. there should be a numbered system like at mcDonald's to prevent people who were served last to cut the cue because they bring the food, call out the order and the guy behind who doesn't want to wait will say its his..when it was mine.The system currentlybin place is CONFUSING. I almost told him off, telling him my mind and reminding him his position in the cue.I was STARVING by that time.Here's to hoping for better service days.

Burnt fries and bread of the burger. Ignored request for extra sauce

Always a great experience. Chicken tastes the exact same as when I was a kid . Worth every penny !!!!!

service impeccable et leur epice bbq sont ecoeurante. en plus il y a une harveys dans le resto et leur Mayo a lail est malade ! je recommande!

I place an order with uber then it says 18$ the meal when i go to checkout it becomes 25$ due to feeservice then I have to add delivery fees which becomes 30$ for one person I think you are exaggerating keep your food.
