This has been the worst lunch of my life. Food was so bad. The rice had no flavors and was overcooked, the homemade salad dressing terrible, forks and knife in plastic. For the price they charge you, I just can't believe that they can't afford cheap regular cutlery. All that to say thatI will never go back.
I decided to try something new tonight so I ordered with Uber. Being a fan of Greek food, I was quite excited to try this new place. I was very disappointed. The salad had brown pieces of lettuce and the meat was very dry and a lot of pieces were hard. The bottom of the meat plate had ALOT of grease. The only thing that saved this meal from going into the garbage was the salad dressing which I put over the meat to try to soften it up and give it taste. The only thing I really enjoyed was the rice. I probably will give this establishment another try down the road but wasn't too impressed .
Ordered for our first time tonight. Was referred fromA family member. The food was fresh and tasty. Portions were smaller than other places but to be honest we had enough and were satisfied. Ordered in line for pick up and it was ready exactly in the time they quoted. Only small disappointment was I ordered a side of tzaziki but it was not in the order nor was there any for the chicken gyro plate making it a bit too dry to eat. The other plates were perfect.
For approximately 21$, I got two pitas with a choice of meat, a salad and a box with rice and potatoes. The portion is decent and filling because the food is carb heavy. I don't really like how they prioritized the presentation over the eating experience of the pita. All the ingredients were stacked on one side to make it look pretty, but once you get to the end of it, the last few bites get very dry. The grease that was leaking all over the pita wrap was also uncomfortable. The meat itself was tender and great. It paired very well with their creamy sauce and tomatoes. Although, it had a bit too many onion slices for me and I wished they would have diversified a bit the vegetables inside the pita. I don't know however if the pitas would still be authentic if more vegetables were to be added. My favourite part was definitely their lemon sauce. It had such a strong flavour to it and it complemented everything so well.
Really good chicken sticks fresh .Good pork sticks also120$ order and only gave 1 pita bread ? Lol come on guys you can do better ....
Terrible service. I placed a pick-up order two hours in advance and still had to wait before hearing "oh sh**" when the cashier asked if it was ready. This is not the first time that they completely forgot my family's order. I guess that giving them a second chance wasn't the best idea. There was no "I'm sorry". Instead I got a "mistakes happen, what do you want me to do about it?". On top of that, the order was wrong on three of the four plates and the food was lukewarm, at best. Rude, bad management, a huge fail at customer service. We have plenty of local options. For me, it's Marathon or Pappou Souvlaki on Sources from now on!
I know cost of food has gone up, but $24 for two souvlaki sticks some rice and salad? Are you kidding? I call that gouging. Especially when they don’t even bother to give you tzaziki. The food is ok, but pretty basic fast food, not good quality Greek. Quality does not fit the price, that’s for certain.
Love their pork gyros, and always order their Greek potatoes instead of the fries, much better
I am a diabetic and I asked for a souvlaki plate which has 1 stick of either chicken or pork and comes potatoes, rice and greek or house salad. I also ordered a second stick on the side. I kept the potatoes for my husband but I asked for no rice but extra greek salad I was told that because the salads are pre made i would have to take the plate with no potatoes or rice. When I opened the salad, it looked like the regular one and half of it was onions which I always remove. If I asked for no onions what would they have said since they are pre made. Too bad because the souvlaki sticks were delicious. A little more customer service would be nice.
Horrible first experience ordering from this restaurant. The minute I opened the food container with our 3 Souvlaki’s we smelled foul chicken . A restaurant should be selling only fresh chicken and not take any chances to sell it off and think they the consumer does not know better .I do not recommended this restaurant!
