Made a reservation for 10 people, where I provided BOTH my email and phone number. We came from across town and were greeted by a note stuck to the door stating that the restaurant was closed due to a plumbing issue. The restaurant lacked the professionalism to at least send a mass email to everyone on their reservation list to advise them of the restaurant’s closing. Completely unacceptable and will never step foot in this restaurant again. We came across many parties of people who arrived at the restaurant, only to face the same disappointment. Not a proper way to treat your clients whatsoever.
The food was good but ended up staying way longer than expected waiting for food that never actually came to our table. Towards the end of our stay they were basically trying to subtly get us out of the resto, asking if we need the bill/clearing all our utensils without asking…. It literally takes two seconds to let us know that you guys are out of stock or that there’s a time limit as to how long you can stay instead of just not serving us anymore an hour after we were seated. Most of the time we spent at the restaurant was waiting for food that never came. Also, the service was subpar, we were treated as if we were a nuisance.
Very delicious with great service and great prices. The meat cuts are well sized and very good quality. The drinks are topped off throughout the dinner, orders come fast and the club/bar vibe is nice at night. Our waiter was great both times. Only complaint is that we always order too much as there some menu items that don't indicate the quantity. Highly recommend to eat here! The best Korean BBQ/sushi place.
Not agree agree with what Don Paul-E said, the most ridiculous about what he saids is being on the waiting line in a good restaurant, is a weekend, is normal to wait if the restaurant is good to eat!!! So why is ridiculous!!! And being wait outside of the restaurant? Where do you to wait? If everyone wait inside of the restaurant, how they gonna works? Think that way, if someone works for us to have dinner in a dining room, is already lucky, AND BE RESPECTFUL for those workers!!!!!! They are doing their best for serving us!! By the way, if you scare getting the Covid, why don’t you just stay in a locker room for yourself!!!!Respect others is respecting yourself!!!!!
Service was incredibly slow. Only half of what we would order would make it to our table. We stayed there for 2:30 (19:30-22:00) and we couldn't even eat as much as we wanted to. The white sangria was basically orange juice and we had to constantly remind the staff that we ordered a picher. I don't think there was a manager on the floor and if there was one he was not managing anything at all. There were no sauce available (except soy sauce). We asked for wasabi three times and we never received it. The staff kept coming to our table asking us if we ordered this or that. How is it our job to keep track of what we have ordered ?
Very good selection of food in the buffet. Allowed to make a reservation so didn't have to wait at all. The tables were isolated so that we didn't have to be exposed to anyone else. Service was also very friendly.
Very good food, tight restaurant and for price, paid 35$ with tax and tip included. Very nice staff! Must have reservation or you’ll wait a long time cos it’s full!
Sadly to say, I was pretty disappointed... Been here before and loved it but I guess times are tough with covid. But it's way more expensive and you have probably less than half of the options... Also the plastic everywhere is pretty appalling. Not a nice atmosphere and missing the best sushis, all the tuna, no sashimi anymore, and we didn't get 4 or 5 items that we ordered that were actually still on the menu
Worst service ever. Don't go there. Half of what we ordered never came. Waited 45mins even tho we had a reservation. Been there twice, never again. Foods good.
The food was very tasty and delicious.Staff were fast, careful and thorough.There was a guy who I think is the supervisor. he checked the vaccination passport and … he was also fast, dedicated and organized.The only reason a star is missing is that it wasn’t really clean.The leather chair was oily and sticky, probably from the gists’ fingers, moving the chair. The table was cleaned (still a bit wet) but not clean. I cleaned it with a antiseptic wipe and the wipe turned brown!They did have reservation but accepted walk ins too and we didn’t wait for long to get a table.The food was delicious enough for me to back sometime maybe. But I will wipe everything before sitting down next time!
