My husband and I were in the area during lunch and wanted to personally see if the high google reviews were accurate. At first, I was thrown off as I wasn't expecting the cafe to be within a hair salon and boutique. We were about to leave, but then the lady at the counter introduced herself and asked us if it was our first time at Sonnys. She was super friendly so we asked her what she recommended. She said their Philly steak subs were amazing. My husband had the Philly sub and I tried their spicy shrimp tacos. The food arrived quickly and the whole plate looked like a rainbow. The shrimp tacos were really good, but OMG the Philly steak sub was to die for!! I literally stole half of my husband's sandwich and wanted to order another one. If you're ever in the area you need to try their PHILLY STEAK subs! Also, the food was SUPER FRESH and the staff were so KIND and FRIENDLY! Will definitely be back 100%

This was my first meal when I landed in Montreal, what an experience! You get the entire kitchen sink thrown at you when you order the tasting menu - delicious courses! The chicken subs are amazing as well, definitely recommend getting at least one! Most of the dishes were super delicious, some were better than others. Highly recommend!
Intrigued by their near perfect Google reviews and 8000+ IG followers...Came here for takeout at 12pm on a Tuesday. No tuna or quinoa available for their poke bowl, no shrimp available for their shrimp tacos. Salmon poke was mediocre; the salmon was not that fresh. Disappointed given the price point too. A pre-packaged salad from IGA down the street would've been a better option.
This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had and anyone who is in the Montreal area needs to try it! You will not be disappointed (or hungry)!
The inside was so pretty and the drinks were amazing. The food was great and the waiters and everyone here was extremely patient and nice and considering! I would extreme recommend it.
Love the place, vibe and their food!!! I was here for my birthday and absolutely loved all of their food options! The lighting is perfect for a ambience and romantic mood setting! All of their food options are amazing and the dips are to die for! Can't wait to go back when I am in Montreal next!!

Sonnys Bistro AMAZING food I've tried poke salads, steak sandwhich, tacos and even their breakfast. Great little bistro and there alson on ubereats & doordash.
The interior is beautifully decorated. We were initially sceptical about coming here because of the prices and services, but my friend highly suggested it. The interior was beautifully decorated and the service was very warm and prompt. It's a great place for best food. Come soon! Highly recommended!!
