Decent food and generous portions..twice as many peanut butter dumplings than most other Asian restaurants give. My only complaint is everything is delivered in styrofoam ultra cheap containers. A lot of liquid from the veggie dishes ended up soaked through the brown paper bag. Fortunately it was in a plastic bag and settled at the bottom.
I love Soba! ❤ the customer service was great! I went beginning of March and then good Friday and the quality was fantastic.I asked a question on the forum about good Friday hours and the owner was quick and friendly to answer!We got the salmon and tuna poke bowls and the squid balls and everything was sooo fresh!! Good Quality ingredients and a good size portion!! It's a little expensive but it was delicious!! We will definitely go back!!
Have been a customer for 20 years. Recently wanted delivery bill came to 19.20 - the arrogant nutbar didn't want to because it had to be 20??? No i dont need an extra coke. Awful service. Arrogant young workers who smoke in front then serve your food...yuck
If I can put less than a star I Would. Not because there food isn't good. Because they have some of the worst customer service ever!!!!I have been going and ordering from this restaurant for over 8 years. The past year the amount of problems I have with pick up orders or delivered orders has been crazy. the thing is they always have an excuseI ordered 2 poke bowls one time they forgot the fish meaning i got 2 bowls of rice and vegetables.They always seem to forget to send the soup too even when I paid for it.one order i made i put in the notes please give spicy mayo on side instead of the soup as it doesn't give the option to not add a soup on uber eats. So i paid 220 for the soup and they gave me one little thing of spicy mayo like you cant give me back the equal value to what i spent couldn't give me 2 as they charge a dollar for each.But the real issue is last night i placed an order and i wrote in the notes spicy mayo on side as i can not order it on the application.So they send me my poke bowls that are sauce less and i call and they say well sir we thought you meant you wanted it not in the bowl. But the whole bowl was even missing the sauce that is supposed to be inside it UNAGI. So i called and they seemed to be nice saying we are sorry we will send you 2 bowls that are made properly. 15 mins later they call me saying hey can we just bring you the sauce.Do they not understand they are the ones who said we will make it right and send you the proper order. But they call back to take it back And say wait and will send you sauce so your telling me i have to have my food sit while waiting for them to bring me sauce when i ordered the food as i was hungry at that moment didn't feel like waiting an extra hour for sauce.I have been a customer for so long but being this way with clients who have supported you for a long time this is sad and horrible customer service.
Great food and attention, also it isn't the cheapest one but the quality/price ratio is really good.
Ordered delivery from here Saturday night at supper timeThe restaurant is a 10 minute drive from my house, and the food was at my door 18 minutes after ordering... unheard of!!!Everything super fresh and delicious. Prices very reasonable and big portions.Soba Sushi is hard to beat, thanks for the great service and food

Soba was very good, it has since been going down. I usually order General Tao. The last several times, the chicken pieces are cut very small and when deep fried with the batter gets too overcooked hard to chew. Quite unenjoyable. Definitely not worth the almost $40.00 it cost for 2 orders. My name is Dan, I live very close by and have been a client since your opening.

I usually pick up my order from this spot. Today I decided to order on their website. The process was seamless and super easy. Within minutes my order was placed. Food arrived as per usual, hot, tasty and fresh. They even threw in a won ton soup! Payment with Interac at the door was quick and convenient. Soba for the win, consistent quality dishes, highly recommend!!
