The positives: The restaurant and Luce are amazing. Gym is equipped for an hotel gym. Pool’s is good. Shuttle is convinient and drivers a sympatique.I’ve stayed here many times for work since 2019. I don’t get to pick my accomodations myself, it’s booked by my office. To be transparent, I wish they would pick another location.Negative list: From a room not clean, being placed in a room near constructions and noise, wake-up calls missing, weird phone calls in the middle of the night, having to switch room because the lock on the door was absent, bed bugs/insects twice (2019), to staff not respecting the “do not disturb” sign and trying to get in, getting assigned to an already occupied room, heater not working, trash bins not emptied, elevator malfunctioning, etc.I could go on as I’ve stayed at this hotel so many times and 90% of the time something is wrong.

overall good experience, fantastic location.excellent front desk and all the people I've interacted with in the past are fantastic, eager to help and customer centric.the rooms are getting a little older, with the flooring being modestly outdated.

Overall a decent hotel. Convenient if traveling via YUL airport as it has free shuttle service. On-site restaurant and store. However at times the room cleaning has been sub standard. Their cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to detail especially in bathrooms. Restaurant was also very expensive. But overall a fine place to stay.

I was moved to this hotel from Aloft, due to some last minute circumstances. My stay here was perfect, from check-in, to check-out. I came at around 8:00 P.M. Luckily, I didn’t need to look far for dinner, as their restaurant was open until 11:00 P.M. The food was delicious and very well-priced. The room itself was very spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, and came with a lot of good travel-size items, like mouthwash and antibacterial wipes. I was lucky to have a view of the airport. I could hear planes taking off. I loved that. Checkout was easy. The airport shuttle is very convenient. It leaves every 30 minutes. At the top of the hour and at :30. Should I ever need to stay in Montreal before a flight, I will definitely come back here.

My flight was cancelled so I had to stay there for a night. Excellent customer service, especially the ones at the reception were the most patient people I’ve ever met on a reception desk! Loved the shuttle service to the airport as it is very frequent and takes you right at the departure gate. The room was overall great, good wifi. I won’t hesitate to come back again!

Missed a flight and they were excellent from top to bottom. The agent I made the reservation with made me feel at ease and took care of us, the shuttle driver was a true example of kindness as was the bell hop at the hotel. The night manager and the one who checked us out in the morning were more than awesome!! This was a shining example of how to do it in the customer service industry and I haven’t the words to praise them enough!! Thank you to all!!!

I stayed for one night after a cancelled flight and wish chose a different hotel. I ordered the shrimp pasta from the lobby restaurant, which was truly not good. Both the pasta and shrimp were beyond overcooked and tasted very fishy, but I ate some because I was starving after travelling all day. A few hours later I woke up and immediately vomited. Long story short, I proceeded to throw up in the lobby bathroom, airport security, airport bathroom, and finally on the plane, which caused me to be removed before takeoff, meaning that I could not fly until I stopped throwing up. At this point, after projectile vomiting up so many times in just a few hours, I was extremely dehydrated and in pain. Symptoms including nausea continued for days, although the vomiting had stopped. I am writing this because when I called the hotel to let them know what happened, they were more interested in repeating numerous times that this was the first time someone had gotten sick. If the chef was comfortable serving a seafood product that was so obviously mishandled, it will happen again and I am not convinced they will take measures to prevent this. Although they did refund the price of my meal, I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth towards their lack of concern, considering how dangerous food poisoning can be.

One of the few hotels near the airport that accept pets. Everything went really smoothly.(I stayed with my cat for one night due to a lost flight.)Note: If you do not have a credit card expect to be asked for a deposit that will be refunded after checkout.

A renovated property but it’s the staff that make the difference for frequent guests. Been staying here for 15yrs regularly because it feels like home away from home.Even during COVID they try to make the experience as ‘normal’ as possible.

Great stay at the hotel while we waited for our morning flight. Comfortable beds, very clean hotel, good food at the Eclipse Restaurant. Friendly service at check in.
