Mmm this has been one of the weirdest experience but I have to chalk it off as bad: the cashier doesn't wear a mask...even before the mask off mandate. And he rubs his nose...a lot. I had to imagine that he touched my sandwich after he rubbed his nose and immediately regretted giving him a tip (and he did..I saw him without gloves TT-TT).The sandwich here are actually GOOD TASTE but wayyy to pricey with the tax included. The normal total comes to 17-19$.Also, the place don't have much of space to eat so I recommend coming here during the off hour and in spring/summer/autumn where you can either sit outside to enjoy the sandwich if indoor is full.Don't tip if you are taking it to go...otherwise, I recommend you actually use that money to just sit in a restaurant and pay for a 20-25$ meal. Excellent cozy sandwich cafe, got the duck sandwich with a side of salad and it was delicious. The service is very welcoming as well and the decor is charming. I would definitely recommend.

Well, Chez ta mère sandwiches are accurately named. Unique recipes and creative twists on some classics would have you coming back as often as you'd want your own mother's meals. Excellent sauces, expertly cooked meats, flavours that compliment each other so perfectly, crunchy, satisfying, fresh bread with a level of sophistication that fits the decor completely.
For 16$+, I had a « Sylvie » Québécois sandwich with cold gravy, tasteless smoke meat, frozen sweet potato fries, and made me feel sick. And never had the glass of water that I asked for. Only the bread was ok. Worth 8-10$, nothing more. Not recommended.
The best service, super delicious. But they need to get ride of the fridge that make so much noise and add more soft drinks options ☺️
