I used to order on-site around noon when I had a different schedule and can say the food is AWESOME at that time; I've been ordering from them for the last 6 years so I know what I'm talking about. But after the lunch rush, they don't serve as fast. NOT the reason of my 3 stars. A lot of times, when I order on-site around 5 or 6pm, the fries are undercooked so it tastes horrible, especially when ordering poutines, a big let down.
