The food is good and the service too. Wait time can be long but it’s usually decent.

This place is awful and I can not understand how they are still in business. Over priced nasty food with rude service. We paid $90 for 2 plates of chicken and 2 beers, one if the deers was flat, we told the bartender and she said she had been serving it all day with no problems, she didnt take it off the bill, $11 for this nasty flat beer, I hope they go bankrupt, never again.

The environnement was nice quiet. Modern waitress pleasant and courtious

Avoid this place at all cost. The service is horrible and the owner Audrey has no respect for her employees at all. The customer and employee experience needs improvment. Definitely the worst St-Hubert location I've been to.

This restaurant is supposed to be a Quebecois stable and they serve mozzarella instead of curdled cheese on the poutine. They should be ashamed...

Place my order at 5h55 as it said on the website that delivery was in 30 minutes. After 1 hour 15 minutes I called the customer service to be told it was gonna be another hour. Pitiful service

Giving a low rating due to my conversation with owner. The worker I spoke had more etiquette and should probably give her some training.Place a delivery order by phone Feb 13th 2021. When opening box, realized that they had made a mistake in my order. Immediately called to inform of error but was informed that restaurant was about close and was offered a credit for my "next order". I replied that I preferred to get credited the difference instead. I was then told that franchise owner was in charge of refunds. Since then I've followed up 3 times. Today, March 3rd, I called back to follow up with owner concerning our previous conversation the week before. She told me that her delivery guy came to my house to deliver the money and that there was no response and that he had called my phone and left me a message. **No such thing ever happened**. To hear him in the background was pathetic. I would have preferred to ear him say he forgot then to bold face lie like that. Owner's tone then turned rash and dismissive. Driver is supposedly on his way to deliver my money.MORAL OF THE STORY. Should your order come from that particular location, have the driver wait for you to verify if order is correct before leaving. If not, you will have difficulty getting reimbursed. Don't know if her personality but the exchange was not pleasant at that moment.***UPDATE*** Driver delivered difference. It was done in a timely matter. That's a positive.

I have never had such a bad service, I am never coming back. The employee Josee has terrible manners and does not interact well with clients. He is arrogant, insulting and completly ruined my experience there.
