I love pupusas and we wanted to get to know a new restaurant serving them! We ordered the family #2 combo with 6 pupusas, yuka fritas, chicharonnes and a picher of Horchata. The chicharonnes and the yuka were both perfectly fried on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. The Horchata was deliciously sweet, the right level of sweet, very addictive! I enjoyed the pupusas but they could have been slightly more charred, and the cabbage slaw to put on a top could have been a little more vinegary. We also ordered plantains that came with beans and creme, everything was super flavorful. Overall, delicious meals, good ambiance, would come back! Good service and the wait time was reasonable.
We were in the area; my car was parked nearby, that’s the first restaurant came to our view when hunger strikes. It is Salvadoran restaurant; a cuisine that I have never tried. So it piqued my interest more. The restaurant is ok looking, little beaten down. There was one server, she was friendly. The menu was more in Spanish, so I had to Google every word almost. It seemed pupusas are the most famous item in this restaurant. It is a flat bread, filled either with veggies or meat. We ordered the family combo which came with 6 pupusas, 2 filled chicken and cheese, 2 filled jalapeños and cheese and last two with mushrooms, spinach and cheese. We also got some nachos topped with refined beans, avocado, cream and cheese. All the food was good but not to 100% satisfaction. But I can’t compare because it’s my first Salvadoran cuisine to try.
The parillada barbecue was delicious, especially the steak and pork chop. The refried beans were pretty good considering I dislike them at other places. The loroco and loca pupusas were tasty. Packaging was disappointing though. All styrofoam containers, and tied up snack bags for sauces and coleslaw. The styrofoam was leaking too.

The last time I ordered from this place, the yuca frita was not fresh, as if it was made 2 days beforeThe chicharrón was hard, not fresh and dry. The pupusas made me sick the pork and beans tasted like it was expired. So sad, but it was poor quality
we had the tipico meat dish with additional pupusas. we found it to be just average.
