Your typical bar food. The burger is a bit small compared to other places.The interior is very beautiful.Music is on the louder and upbeat side.The service is good. I went for lunch around 1pm, the restaurant was empty so I cant really comment on the speed.They have a nice wide wine collection!
Went with a large party at around 8pm. Food was good. The prosciutto sandwich was full of flavour. Really delicious.The negative side was more regarding the service. We were told when we arrived that orders have to be in by 9:30 which we respected (all our orders were in by 9:15). The waiter tainted the experience a bit with his stress. I understand he was stressed but he could have handled it a bit better. Maybe in the future, make sure to advise a large group while they are booking that they would have to order by a certain time to relive some of the stress off the waiter.
I ordered the Thai salad for takeout. They forgot to put the beef in it. I called and they offered me a gift card. Even aside from the missing beef, the salad was so horrible that my poor gift card will never get to see the light of day ? On the customer service front, they dealt with the issue very kindly and I have no complaints there. But at the end of the day, a restaurant needs to be good at food.
Vibe seems good BUT terrible service.We arrived on time and the restaurant was not full at all, yet the food did not arrive until one hour later from we ordered.The pasta we ordered was not cooked properly, as they were still tough and stuck together.We asked to get another one, only to get ignored despite the waiter clearly saw us. And the second pasta still wasn't cooked properly at all.When we talked to the waiter and the manager about the wait for the food and how the pasta wasn't cooked right, they never apologized or compensated for anything.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered through Uber Eats and got McDonalds quality. I went OUT OF MY WAY to leave a comment on Google because it wasn’t possible to leave a comment on Uber Eats where they have an absurd 4.7 score … the burger and fries were more than ordinary, the cheesecake (at 11 the piece) was a slice straight from a big Costco industrial pie. Unbelievable.
The service was awesome but the food was mediocre. My friend ordered the dijon chicken and said it wad dry (it looked dry!) and while the bar (fish) was ok, the rice it came with was only half cooked and the steamed veggies lacked taste. Food is not worth the price; maybe just a good place for drinks.

Great experience, loved the vibe of the place the staff is friendly and the food is great (the brie cheese appetizer is to die for). I will say it is a bit on the pricier side but it was made all worth it by our waiter (Jessy) and the great service. Definitely would come again.
We've been going to this ZIBO for weekly family nights out for the past couple of years. The food is delicious, satisfying, and varied - there's something for everyone - and the staff is smooth, professional and super-friendly (thanks, Nick!) - they've even helped us out through an emergency. The indoor parking is a boon for those winter nights.
