Authentic Chinese food, very accommodating staff and affordable too.
Something special about Ruby Rose is that their chef makes the dim sum dumplings from scratch and his talents show through in every bite. Any dumpling you order will exceed your expectations - chewy, yet tender and silky noodles. Try the not so spicy peanut/pork/shrimp dumpling on page 1 of the dim sum menu. Although dim sum is not served on a cart, it is available for a-la-carte orders. If you are craving vegetables, try the green beans and pork off of the main menu. This restaurant is exactly what you expect of a dim sum palace. Very authentic.

Not impressed with the two meals ordered through delivery.Would not recommend the roasted duck here.
Ordered online and was missing an item. Also the food was not good. Noodles were dry, spring rolls had a pool of oil in the container and vegetable dumplings were terrible. We were unable to finish anything. Very dissapointed.
A big disappointment from a restaurant supposedly specializing in dumplings being a dim sum place almost spoiled our x-mas eve dinner.For what I brought home was a soup costing about $10.00 for a medium container was nothing like the what we've tasted before in other restaurants,this being more of a food court or budget buffet quality. A pinch of ground pork with sesame oil & salt inside a disproportionately larger mound of won ton pasta. So all pasta with floating strips of carrots & slivers of other veggies that seem out of place in a traditional won ton soup. The cook in the Ruby Rouge kitchen who make the soups should be re-trained in soup cooking and take lessons or observe the quality of restaurants popular with this dish.
You will have an authentic experience.Food is good, but every time I choose from the menu, I end up with something completely different of My expectations.Perfect for families with kids and prices fair because the portions are big.
Excellent food, was hot and fresh. The steam fish was fresh and juicy. Service ia a bit slow but well worth the wait ! Great price also
Been ordering from here for a while and everything is good. Barbecue pork, Chinese broccoli, beef noodles, dim sum (especially the shrimp) are all very good. Leftovers hold up pretty well too!
Terrible terrible experience...I found piece of fried towel in my order of shezuan chicken black bean sauce...called the restaurant and all they said is I'm sorry...going to report them for food inspection...
