Expensive for what you get. 3 small pieces of meat in a x-large bowl of soup. But the worst has to be the young waitress. She has so bad attitude that you feel that you're begging for food that you're being overcharged for.
It's not about the esthetics or service here. Come and experience authentic Vietnamese staples, and leave your western service expectations at The KEG.Your palate will thank you.
Husband ordered pho. When he opened the bag at work, there was only the broth, without the noodles or the chicken. He goes back and explains the situation, but is made out to be a liar?! Terrible service if you're not able to own up to errors and treat your customers with some respect.
I like it it was my first time going there the food was good but waiter or server was really great he was very polite and so fast to bring everything we were very pleased
service was really bad..the young girl who service us wasn't answer or listen to me also with a mad face to service us ...like i was talking with air alone.....BUT she was sooooooo nice and smile with other tablets who can speak her same language....sorry to said that but make me won't go back this place again even food is ok but service very bad....hope the BOSS will see this comment

Very bd customer service. Not friendly. I do understand that we're in hard times but there's a minimum. She gave food for take out in a plastic bag and I had to insiste to get a container. Vegetable meal was containing almost only celery and some carottes
