Très belle découverte ce soir!!! Super resto, nourriture woowwww et service impeccable!!!! Merci d’avoir fait un souper mémorable pour mes employées ? On va revenir promis ?

This restaurant is a HUGE disappointment. I hated every bit of it. The only thing that was good & authentic to Indian food was the Tea. I feel like the food has been stripped of its flavour, salt & pepper.. and it’s absolutely HORRID. As someone who’s been born in India & tasted MANY great Indian restaurants in Canada… this was by FAR one of the worst in terms of food quality, flavour & atmosphere. Massive massive disappointment. They can’t cook.

Very bright and clean. The server was very friendly and timely with our appetizers and entrees. We ordered the butter chicken and Chana masala. Both dishes could've used more spice and flavour. They're missing that authentic kick.

Over-rated dining. Very Tiny lunch portions for the buck. Overall expensive and not worth the bill. Good service though.

We arrived after a lovely walk into Ol'Montreal from our nearby hotel. Subtle lighting, warm atmosphere, welcoming staff and crisp linen tablesetting. Our waiter(s) were wise on suggestions and spice intensities of our meal selections. We truly enjoyed the evening. Oh! The Naan served as appetizer was excellent! Merci.

I ordered this when I was super hungry and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and I ate my whole plate of malai madras. The negative is that the portion is a bit small. Someone who only gets the dish and a side of naan will probably be disappointed. So it really needs an extra side of rice to be enough food. The naan was better than average but not the best I’ve ever had. The actual dish was so good.

The food was good the service was good. Wish it was written on the menu to order butter chicken spicy as the regular is just sweet. Sag Paneer was excellent.

The food is not good and lacks flavours which typically Indian food has tons. One of my friends got an indigestion the next day from the meal we had there. Nothing in our meal really stood out. The portion size is really small for the amount they charge. Even when we placed the order, the server didn’t mention anything about the portion size and whether it would be enough for everyone on the table. We had to wait for more curries which we ordered immediately once we got our first order as we immediately realized it. Our bread was cold and chewy when we finally started to eat.

Amazing food. Great ambience. Excellent service.

Everything happens for a reason.. truly believe in that. So friday evening and I was struggling to find a place for dinner in Montreal at Saint Paul Rue. Wanted to go a restaurant called LOV which is popular for its vegetarian dishes. However, due to long waiting I started exploring other restaurant and stumbled upon “Gandhi”.Now this place had the best service, staff and most importantly the food( mild and yummy). All of their service suffice their pricing.Highly recommended!
