Went to this location after a funeral with a group of 20 unannounced. The staff was great and was able to accommodate us quickly to sit our family. Food was served promptly considering the size of the group and the manager was awesome. It was a bit warm in the restaurant.
Was very unimpressed, was seated by a waitress who didn’t even give us water or menus while she stood there for 10minutes looking at her phone. Last time we went was a few months ago and to be honest the service was also bad. Would avoid at all costs this restaurant if you want to dine in.
Pirri chicken very tasty but arrived barely warm...it was replaced promptly with slightly warmer...why can't the chicken be hot?
Not so good! Decided to pick up a hot chicken and sweet potatoes and got home to find no sweet potatoes in the order. Looked at my bill and was charged for it. Called them up and they offered to give me my 2.50 back! Too late now my meal is spoiled . It’s not about the money its the service you get. Oh, well won’t be going there for while.
I’m so confused why all the reviews are bad!?!?!?I ordered food from delivery and it was so goooood!!!!! I always order a chicken Cesar salad, but this time i ordered 6 chicken tenders and it was as delicious as the salad!!! The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food itself and i would definitely recommend St-Hubert Lachine to everyone! Thanks so much for the amazing service!!! Will be ordering again!
Ordered off uber eats and they took over 2 hours for them to make my order. They must have forgotten but after 2 hours my whole order was cancelled because they didn’t prepare anything. Worst st huberts I’ve even been too and ever ordered from. Decided to order from the one in lasalle, online and got my order within 20-25 minutes. Locations matter
St Hubert in lachine 32nd ave has the most friendly people who answer the phone .he honestly makes me smile every time I call .friendly and so polite ?♥️
Service was slow.We went during lunch, maybe 3 tables only in our side.Order was taken 25min after seating. My soft drink had a piece of paper in it and the next cup (replacement) was smelling like beer. This got me worried as how they're washing the dishes during this pandemic!Food was good as well as dessert.Service was slow though that I couldn't waive the waitress for another soft drink. Maybe she was purposely not making eye contact with our table.I would not return again though.
Ordered the family of 4 platter. Loved the fries, gravy and bread! However, although the chicken portion was great, it was way too oily for my own liking.
Food is ok nothing special. They put huge portions of fries dipped in sauce is good but so many fries if you leave it for next day they taste disgusting. Only worth buying when you've got coupons.
