Cozy place. I've ordered their sandwiches a few times and have been happy with the food. It's the healthy version of fast food.The service is decent, prices are reasonable.Location is accessible by bus and there's free street parking.

A small loval business with super kind, warm and polite staff! The food is also good quality and the prices are fair.
I’ve tried several Persian food here and so far, my favourite is Gheimeh-Bademjoon which is a Persian stew with beef and aubergine. Their Ghalié-mahii is also yummy; it’s a salmon stew with cilantro & tamarind.
Cozy Cafe, I wish it were in Tehran, Pahlavi st, between Parkway & Tajrish :)Reasonable Price, Friendly Staff , and my favorite thing was wings and tequila.
