Japanese-owned ramen restaurant in the Mile End. If you ever have a ramen craving : you can check this place out, they make shoyu based noodles. They also have vegan options as well (only a few places do). The staff is super nice and the menu is simple to read. I had an unfortunate power outage when my meal arrived on the table (great timing I know), so I had to eat in the dark. The employees were still thoughtful enough and were courteous throughout the end of the meal. I will definitely come back to try other ramens since I enjoyed the overall experience (minus the ⚡️)
After walking past this restaurant frequently, i finally decided to check out its ramen. I had the spicy ramen and my first impression of the broth is that it is creamy and has a umami taste of seafood! It is unlike many other ramen that I have tasted so that it is pretty unique. The noodles are well cooked and it was a nice experience overall.
Ramen cafe with relaxing atmosphere.I think the one I ordered was made with fish based broth. There was form made by egg on the top of ramen. As a ramen it is a light and not too greasy.good for the person who is not a big eater. There is a small shop corner in the restaurant.
We were very happy with our bowls of hearty ramen! We were also given two portions of their frozen ramen to try out at home which ended up being very good too. There's a shop area where I was able to find some Blue Mountain coffee beans among other neat things. The dining room had just reopened so it wasn't too busy and provided just the right environment for a quiet lunch.
I was a bit disappointed because very inconsistent experience.I liked the noodles, the broth and mushrooms in the ramen. Nori is not included by default but extra!I did not like the raw diced red onions and the texture/taste of the pork. It felt like cheap pieces of meat. The place and staff are nice. Lighting is bit strong.
Had the signature ramen "white premium" which is your basic ramen with extra porc cha siu, egg and nori. I added extra noodle as well. Overall it's a lot of food for a good price; too expensive on uberEats though.
les ramenes sont super trop bon? une belle equipe accueillente aussi ?
Great food with lovely Japanese owners.Their seasonal ramen menus are great and they have a nice selection of pastries from Japan too.One of my go-to’s for lunch
I was reluctant to go because I didn't know what to expect, but I ate the Rouge + oeuf ramen and it was delicious. The broth is rich, quite spicy and the noodles were perfect. The service is polite and attentive. The ambiance is chill with hip-hop Japanese songs playing. I will go back again☆
Very chill experience. We didn't wait to get in which was a good thing. The roasted porc was excellent in the rouge special. The egg was perfectly cooked with a sleep slightly runny yoke.I definitely recommend trying it out!Look inside it may look closed but the table are offset from the street hence why it might seem so.
