The service was amazing! Fred with the stellar bar list and amazing education about what we were drinking. Thomas behind the counter customizing food to fit our dietary needs, and Jim mixing fabulous cocktails. Great team. Great drinks

Always nice friendly service. The on tap brews change which is nice. Usually has a good sour beer that hits the craving well. The food preparation is nice to watch as well, you can see the care and attention to detail.

Thank you to Chef Léon, Thomas, Fred, and the wonderful serveuse with the cool snake earrings for making our stay at Project Pilote a heartwarming experience. The food and drink was top notch, the atmosphere made me feel at home, and the staff are the friendliest around. I also love the high ceiling indoor plant/food garden! The Texas toast, French fries (as part of poutine) and Vent du Sud cocktail were highlights for me. The sausage plate and beef tartare were also excellent. I really want to try the gnocchi next time! The staff are passionate about food, from Earth to plate (and Sous Chef Thomas has great stories about this). A true gem of a restaurant!

We got an interesting stout here as well as a nice glass of wine and some fries. All was delicious, and staff was super friendly. The decor is very nice as well - there is great use of vertical space inside, which makes for a fun experience. Seating is very tight, but I suppose that is the price one pays for prompt seating and service!

Everyone here was incredibly nice. The service was great, beer was fantastic and the space itself is beautiful. I didn't get a chance to eat here, but I've heard amazing things. Would definitely go back here again!

The most delicious dinner! I'd recommend dishes but the menu is constantly changing... and every new dish and visit is even better than the last! Gorgeous location and excellent cocktails too (especially the keffir lime)

A nice brewery in the plateau with good selections of cocktails and artisanal beers. The decor was really inviting and highlighting their distillery.Although the service was incredibly slow the evening we went (drinks didn’t come, double orders, etc), the food was surprisingly good. We got the fries, Toulouse sausage (very good) and the gnocchi (excellent).

Incredible food and beer! One of our favourite places to eat in the plateau hands down! Service is really good too, would absolutely recommend going here

Highly Recommend . Top level of service, the food was good, serving was quick, and maintained the covid 19 protocols. The best part was the productive conversation with Thomas (the Cook). He showed us some amazing cooking books & shared his experience.. lovely night with lovely people:)) thanks for your service:)

The vibe at this place is really chill. Kind of a lounge feel to it. It’s a great place to come for one on one or with a few friends as the tables are super small. Waiting staff are excellent and very helpful.I ordered 8 testers (white, blonde, IPA and stout). I really didn’t like any of them to be honest. The stout wasn’t bad but not something I would want a full glass of. I would stick to the cocktails here! Would come again for the ambiance.
