There is always a lot of people, but it does not take too long. Worth the wait!!

Literally never bad and I came here slot of times ?

I order from this place by mistake. Thought I ordered from the location near Concordia university. Due to the confusion I showed up late. They replaced the order for me free of charge. Amazing service.

Had tried the mango cheesecloud at Presotea a couple of days ago at the other location and had really liked it so decided to try another flavor. Ordered a large watermelon ? cheesecloud at this location. Was given the drink in a styrofoam glass instead of the regular plastic one.To start with, the drink had a lot of crushed ice and felt like slush. Not the same texture at all as the drink I had gotten the other day. Next, I thought the ice would melt in 5 to 10 mins so that I could enjoy the drink but the styrofoam cup proved me wrong. The drink started getting more cold due to the insulation. Here is how it looked like after one hour of driving in the heat with the lid half stripped off!! The only thing I can taste is the crushed ice! Bad service! Tasteless drink! The styrofoam glass and the extra ice completely destroyed the drink for which I paid over 11 dollars including taxes!!They should definitely ask the customer for the required ice level in the drink and serve the drink in it's proper container/glass so that they don't mess it up. That is the least they could do considering their high prices. This location is NOT recommended at all!Edit: Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, the base of the styrofoam glass gave way and the ice/water mixture made a mess in the car!

This presotea has a good customer service handling procedure. I always place my order on skip or Uber for pick up so by the time I get there, my bbtea is ready and I skip the waiting time frame. Always packed there!

It is a nice place but the price of tea gone up recently and its getting quite high, 9$ for a drink, come on...

Super popular bubble tea place in Montréal called Presotea. This location is in an underground food court, right next to the Simons. You have to take the escalator down and it will be there, a small takeout store. I had no idea that Presotea is so expensive! My regular mango yogurt slush (which is equal to a large size in Toronto, 700mL) cost me $9.18 after taxes! That's almost double the cost of some Toronto bubble tea shops. Tapioca also cost $1.00, not $0.5.Unfortunately my slush wasn't blended well, I got some ice chunks when drinking. Couldn't taste any yogurt, nothing that justified the high price. Mango flavour was still good but not amazing.Agree with other reviewers that they need a smaller size especially for kids who can't finish a big size!Service was decent, not very friendly but still acceptable. Would give another chance to Presotea since they have a huge menu but not this location specifically.**3 stars overall

Okay so if it wasn't for the fact that I spent 10 dollars on a single medium vomit flavoured drink, this could have been a semi-decent experience, but seriously I've never seen a worse place to put a tea shop. The lineups cut straight through the walking path through the tunnel, and worst of all, nobody seems to care about mask regulations. I saw two people with their masks on their chin in line, and one person in the kitchen with it not covering their nose. Even if you ignore the genuine health risks of this place, you're still spending upwards of 10 dollars for something that costs them less than a dollar to make, and on top of that, you're expected to tip them, as if they actually did something other than put a scoop of something in a cup of tea.I will never, ever understand everyone's fascination with being ripped off for the sake of tik tok trends.

Good bubble tea. I really liked the tapioca, it had the perfect chewiness. The sizes are a bit big. It would be perfect if there was a smaller size.
