We ordered from Pizza Charlevoix on Doordash and when our order arrived we noticed a mix-up (incorrect pizza sent). We contacted the owner directly and they were very helpful in resolving the issue and making it right by delivering the right pizza (and an extra treat) promptly! The pizza was delicious.
I ordered 3 times from this place, the first 2 orders were delivered quickly and were quite tasty compared to most other pizza places. I had some trouble with the third order though, as one of the items was poorly made. I then contacted the the restaurant for some way to help me with the order. The restaurant owner reviewed my issue very quickly and was very nice about it, he offered me a generous replacement and even had someone deliver it. He provided an excellent customer service and i was very satisfied with it.
Great food and top-notch service! The person behind the counter with the glasses (forgot to ask his name) was really kind and made us feel welcomed. Asked him for his recommendations and they were spot on. The wings were super crispy, and the chicken tikka pizza with hot peppers was one of the best I have tasted in a while considering there’s limited halal pizza options. Would visit again!
Fresh from the oven pizzas. Their meat pizzas are very tasty , my Italian friends please excuse, the pineapple pizza here is good, but the taste is not consistent, I wish it was consistent. The fries portions are large and a medium box is enough for a family of 4. Overall very good pizza place.
Friendly staff, fast service. Their pizza will satisfy your craving. The rest of their menu is also worth a try. They have a wide selection of fast food items.

Wow i am amazeed !Pizza was reaallly good top to bottom, i think its provably my favorite halal pizza joint right now. The dough is light and crispy, alot of pizza places fall short on the dough due to not letting it rise enough and other factors. I really like the fact that they use cornmeal which makes pizza taste so much better, the crust is soo good aswell, the crispiness of the outside and the airyness from the inside and the right amount of salt inside the dough making it have a plesant taste and not bland . Their flavour combination is good aswell. i ordered the buffalo and the special charlevoix and let me tell you the complexity of the pizza is next level, shows how they take the extra step to make this pizza a banger ! Honestly Worth the priceKeep up the good work guys and thank you to the team that runs that restaurant from the cashiers to the cook, you guys are the real MVP !
Love the food and the team/family ! They also own the grocery store next door. Used to live in the neighbourhood when they opened the restaurant in 2010, its been amazing seeing their growth. Ordered pizzas shown below through DoorDash
I enjoyed at Pizza Charlevoix restaurant, everything was on point from the service, food and ambiance. The restaurant has a great vibe, all the foods was out of this world. I tried alot of stuff on their menu and everything was fresh. Apart from the great food I couldn't ask for better service. Amazing food for a affordable price, I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good authentic fast food. I will be back many more times.
