Sometime is good sometimes is bad. But the last time i went there is was the best kfc i ever had. The chicken was crispy and juicy that a first for my kfc experience.
Don't answer calls. Don't even try to accommodate the orders. Busy or not, you have to inform when the order takes 1hr more, big or small.
Just fast food shop with no trays for customers eating inside. Mayonnaise cost additional 30 cents and that is ridiculous?
Their restaurant is almost always closed on Uber, they always make mistakes and take a long time even when you order when the restaurant is dead and there are barely any costumers.
Food quality has gone down the drain. I know it's fast food, but still very disappointed.
Not super impressed... My box was all beaten up. My food came in cold and what's that? 6 fries if I'm lucky? And they look two day old.. never calling there again..
I don't get what everyone's complaining about. Food is good, they have better staff now, place is clean despite the high amount of clients. If it was so bad they wouldn't have 30-min-of-waiting lines of people everyday. I admit it kinda sucks that you can't order online even for pickup (from what I saw) but otherwise everything's fine.Update: Now you can order online and I have zero complaints except you can't order online after 16h it seems.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! A RIPOFF!! WE ORDERED 18 PIECES OF CHICKEN LAST WEEK AND WE ARE TOTALLY DISGUSTED! THEY REOPENED THEIR DOORS JUST TO RIPOFF PEOPLE. The lady in front yelled on me because I got a valid coupon which they don't accept when asking the reason why.I asked her kindly to lower her voice, she said I can't because this her way to talk...I was surprised for her customer service & I decided to go to another KFC.
We ordered the Original recipe bucket which consisted of 14 pieces of hand-breaded secret recipe chicken. The chicken was crispy and well-seasonned. The meat was suprisingly not too dry. The breading was thin and lacked the flaky crunch. All-in-all, not too bad for a fast food chicken chain joint. Apparently, the chicken is Canadian farm raised.
