I came in at 1600 hrs on Sunday July 24 2022, every single window is greasy and full of finger prints like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, the girls in the back would use the green tongs to touch food and they kept on hanging them on heat lamp, which they can not do,the floors in the entire FOH are sticky and greasy , and the bathrooms stink to high hell, do not eat here because the staff clearly have no Training and the management and or owners need to be stripped of this store as I AM 100000% SURE THE BRAND STANDARDS ARE NOT AT ALL BEING FOLLOWED
Horrible. I went there with my friend to order diner for us and my family. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and a 10 piece bucket. My friend’s 10 pieces smelled extremely bad, as if the oil wasn’t changed for a week and tasted the same as the smell. The sandwiches were fine but cold. Also, the place itself looks dirty. When you come in, the doors are stained with fingerprints. It smells awfully bad inside and the floor is sticky. The restaurant is empty and i didn’t have the courage to sit down as the place looked musty.
First time in a very long time I came back to the location. Chicken was crunchy and moist on the inside. Good job!Not to staff your bathroom needs to be cleaned.
NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN!I use to buy food there till today. i walked in and theres nobody in the front, everybody was in the kitchen. all i saw was one guy HOLDING HIS LIPS WITH HIS THUMB AND INDEX, reflecting on who knows what!i starred and i starred and he never washed his freaken hands!not to mention the guy next to him has a monster beard and nothing to hold that from falling into the food.NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER.
Paid 30$ for tiny chicken bits of god knows what body part. As a brown person, I know damn well that it's because of those stingy indians that took over the pfk. It's not what it used to be anymore, I'm going to miss the old pfk :(
when i went to pick up my order they told me “they never receieved it” so i had to wait there , they forgot my fries too. And last but not least I had food poisoning from it. STAY AWAY
I went here with my girlfriend on Monday. There was only a couple of customers in the store so I decided to place my order, in the hopes that it wouldnt take too long. The lady told me it would take 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting about 40 minutes and the guy before me had been waiting an hour for his meal.It seems like the employees in the kitchen prefer laughing for 20 minutes rather than cook the customers meal. And this without being able to speak a proper word of french and english. They were also trying to blame the cashier which was the only person doing her job correctly. Eventually people started getting mad and orders came through. A lot of mistsakes were also being made. I asked for no pickles but both of my burgers had pickles. Another lady got brown meat instead of white meat.The girl in back told me that she gave me some extra chicken tenders in order to compensate me for my time but last time I checked giving someone ONE chicken tender for making them wait 40 minutes isnt exactly what I would call great customer service. If youre gonna eat here make sure you bring a book or an ipad and you can probably finish an episode of XYZ show on netflix.And if the owner is reading this, get your act together and fire these people in the kitchen because youre gonna lose customers.
Ordered through SKIP THE DISHES tonight and was charged an all white meat no wings extra charge but was given a meal with no change to it at all. And to top things off the piece of breast meat i did receive was cut in half. Not the first time this has happened with this location.It is like a game of "what will be wrong with my order this time" with this restaurant. There seems to ALWAYS be a problem at this location.
Its been a while I didn't go to a PFK... I wanted to taste back what I had in my youth with my parents... as a kid, I loved it.I took some fried chicken, of course.It was soft, wet, not cold but but not hot either. After the first bite (a very sad one) I went back to the cashier asking if this was normal."We don't fry "à la minute", it's good for one hour after we first fried it she told me, like a machine.I tried to explain that the only good thing about anything fried is the texture and the fact that's its fresh out of the frier.The place was totaly empty, I was the only one customer. But still, they made me understand the only thing I would get was that "less then a hour" fried chicken...I don't care if its fat, and not healthy, all I wanted was some nice hot fried chicken.No wonder the place was empty at lunch time and why they have so many bad reviews... when your name is PFK and don't know how to make fried chicken.
I was really upset yesterday when I went to this place. I had a coupon for 6.69 for a sandwich trio. The cashier charged me 10.53 for it incl tax. When I said something, they dismissed me and sid they took the dicount off. When I said something again. They walked away. They wer really rude.
