Haven't been to kfc in quite a while , food was great. I was impressed cause last time I went , but not this location it was not good , the person behind the counter a young lady was super nice and polite and very efficient. She was alone and it was lunchtime and very busy , she did a great job.... I would recommend this kfc for the service and quality of food . On sherbrooke and decarie in ndg

I was greeted by the friendliest and sweetest lady working for KFC ! She was very kind and knew how to crack jokes. The service was amazing and literally took few seconds from payment to receiving my single Zinger burger. Must been already ready or they must be some of the fastest employees working there !

3:30 for a delivery, tried to cancel a few times they wouldn't do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and pick up the food if you absolutely want kfc.

Worst service I have ever experience. this is the first time I order, I ordered the KFC since 2 hours and it is not yet arrived. very lousy service. I will never order from this branch again. the staff leaving calling for long time and do not pick up the phone

Not once not twice but at least a dozen time. A chicken place that never has chicken after 9h30 when the close at 10. They had a promo 2 for 10$ and they always say sold out. No wonder kfc are shutting down one after the other. I think only 3 left in mtl.

I got there at 9:20 P.M, tried to order ten pieces and twenty hot wings, and the girl told me they had no chicken. I said I was willing to wait, and she said they were closing at 10 so no. Apparently they were reluctant to prepare more chicken even though the store should close in 40 minutes. Very dismissive! I have been a regular customer and I feel very disappointed at them.

The girl didn't listen what my wife says, and gave her wrong thing 5 times. She pointed out the picture and then took out another thing. My wife gave up and received chicken since there was a long line behind. The taste was awful, the chicken tender was life-threatening salty, and the coleslaw was also too salty. All three workers there seem to have no experience. We want to give 0 star if possible.

My order arrived in a container labelled “tips” on the outside and on the inside in permanent marker!! On the inside is where someone tried to clean it off!! Absolutely disgusting and against all health regulations. Will never order again and will definitely be sharing on social media and to all my friends. So gross, I cannot believe someone would actually voluntarily do something like that. It’s illogical and unsanitary. Do not order, do not pick up, do not recommend. This establishment should be shut down. How can we expect any other items to be clean and safe to eat?!

i come to this place at least once per week. But today's experience is unacceptable.Ordered online from the app for pick up, went there and told the order was already picked up by someone who told the staff the exact phone number and name of mine.I said if you can show the footage of the surveillance camera, we can check what was going on. Because i'd need to see the person and hear that they said exact my name and phone number. How would you trust somebody else in a situation like that, right? Obviously they were not able to show the footage at that moment.The staff agreed to redo my order but a lady at the back (in the kitchen) started talking and saying that i could be scamming them by sharing my phone number with someone else so i can receive the order twice and only pay once. (3 minutes of arguing loudly with her in the store....)And she said every time for every pick up order, they ask the person's name and phone number to see if it matches with the info in their system.But with my personal experience with this store is that, there is only once in my life the staff asked my phone number. For the rest, i was able to pick up by only telling my name.Then i asked the girl at the front about the person who picked up my oder.She said it was a white lady about 50 years of age with a dog.... i am in my 20s and i ain't know nobody like that....Here is some advice to the store. If you want to prevent this from happening, you really have to improve your way of authentication and train new staff properly.I still love PFK

The staff was not unpleasant but there were not enough people working and it was slow. For a small two combo order, they forgot both drinks and one of the fries. I should have checked!
