Worst pfk i have ever visit. Hopleless service, no air condition,hell toliet, smelly table. It is so legend! One of the must visit site in montreal!

Terrible experience! Ordered on Skip and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly in the middle. It was hard and disgusting. The sauce and the pickles didn’t look fresh. I felt sick after having a few bites. I don’t recommend it. Waste of time and money!
I don’t know what’s happening with this outlet. Read the reviews. It seems obvious that the owners don’t because every review seems to repeat itself. My chicken was much too greasy. But the worst is ordering through the website and asking for a 6:45 PM delivery.But I received an email heads up telling me that my order was on its way one hour earlier than scheduled. There was no way to change that or cancel it. It was simply left outside in the freezing cold before I could actually get to it 10 minutes before I should have gotten it. Something must be done and it’s up to KFC administration to do something about it.
The lady in the kitchen was making burgers without wearing any gloves. It felt awkward for me when I saw her touching the buns with bare hands. It’s very unhygienic . I had complained to PFK about this, but never heard back anything.
I am a big fan of PFK. Rather I would say KFC.I don't understand why the Chicken Burgers were so cold and the chicken was so salty.I ordered Ultime Boite Repas l'Infernal de Kentuky.This branch of PFK has some problems. The taste is not the same. Please do something about it.The staff was kind but the taste is not the same?
My order came cold, barely ate. Got half of the pack of fries. One of the chicken was not cooked. The other weirdly had a little Aluminum on it even though they come in boxes. I was really intrigued. I got really disgusted and didn’t even continue my meal.
Waited on line for 15 minutes to order with a valid coupon. Was told by the cashier that they don’t accept any PFK/ KFC coupons at all! What a waste of time and awful customer service!
KFC I'm Quebec is always disappointing. I have no idea why but every location it just seems to have very little care put into the food. I now hold out to have a KFC fix when I'm out of province.
Very bad service. I ordered on kfc.ca and I bought 2 combos but I received only one fries. I bought 2 on purpose for my child and I was given only one fries. I paid for extra sauces but they never sent me the sauces. I called them and they asked me to come pick it up. It doesn’t make sense since I paid for delivery. I didn’t have a car so I could not go. Please do not order from there. Also food is very oily. Go to another kfc as here employees don’t pay attention of what they are doing and forget to add half of the order. Thieves!!!
