I love PFK especially the tenders. They are perfectly made and so juicy and yummy. I visit and Order from this place often. I would recommend to all to visit once. The staff is polite no rush or anything. Must visit
I wish I could give 0 stars , horrible service the person who takes the order does not understand basic language and on top the women in black dress may be the manager is in rescue of the person who take orders , she doesn’t correct the employees mistake rather covers them for the mistake and argue with the customer on top , useless , time waste ,I would like to say if you think you can raise your voice and prove your right I could raise my 10x that prove you wrong but it’s better to be silent with foolish people I would suggest order online or visit a different location

this has to be the worst KFC experience of all times for supper i had ordered through app to treat my kids and received my order chicken was reheated and hard and brown at certain spots had an odd smell to it the gravy well it was water with brown colorant no taste no spices made a complaint through the app to the head office someone by the name of Owen called me from this store offered me 20 or 30% off for my next door advised we were not going to order anymore if we didnt get 50% refunded for this garbage and asked him to come pick it back up said he would talk to his boss and call me back this is over 1 month now so now i place my order for the one in ndg and go pick it up always fresh and crispy you can actually call it the kernels secret recipe
Amazing experience with a kfc after a while. Indian cashier girl “Prabhleen” was too polite and helpful. She was friendly with everyone even a rude old lady before me she was explained everything by giving time to her and in end, old lady left with a smiling face. I love her way of talking with everyone. Once again, I will looking for same amazing service for future. Best wishes for whole hardworking team.
I ordered at 5:49 pm and paid online through kfc offical app. And my order supposed to recieve at 6:49 . And now it is almost 7:40 . And i haven’t recieved my order. Worst service ever. Plus no body in answering my phone call. Tried my times.

As I grew up in CDN, this kfc has been here for as long as I could remember.Montreal is know for its poutine, but if you want to try one with the kfc gravy… it’s amazing!!!
I found this place is very busy during the busy hour.I strongly recommend buying with KFC mobile app to avoid line up.
