This is the first negative review I give to a food and beverage business (you can check my previous reviews). Not because I have never had a bad experience, but because I know how stressful and competitive this industry is, especially during and after COVID.Today I went to cremino to pick an order that my friend already paid for, there was confusion about the status of my order, for the purpose of this review I will assume that I am the one at fault by not having the right information, however I kept my politeness, I kept my calm, until the person who seems to be the owner started acting in a very sarcastic and condescending manner, not once, not twice, but three times. Laughing off every information I try to give him to help locate my order. At some point I couldn’t let this go on, I expressed how I feel to that person: I’ve been a big fan of cremino since I was a teenager in lebanon, and here in Montreal my wife and I kept going there during COVID because we wanted our favourite pastry and sweets shop to make it. I know that cremino doesn’t care about losing me as a customer, it’s just too bad that a shop can just chase a customer out juste because they are lacking the minimum sense of customer service.Today I had an experience that is similar to a lot of the other reviewers: condescending , rude and impolite owner.

Clean, tasty, but bad customer service

Best deserts in town ! Olivier is always very helpful and knows his stuff very well ! Thank you very much for your great service and delicious cakes !

It is delicious. There is alot of variety of cakes. Good place to eat with your friends or order something for an event. But unfortunately sometimes the staff are arrogant or impolite.

They refused to write a simple "happy birthday" message on a cake. It is so simple to do as well; You don't need any special skill/chef to do that. The cake itself was mediocre at best.

People who give this disgusting patisserie good reviews are either sent by the owner or have never tried other pastry shops. Everything looks and tastes disgusting and that’s no shock since the owner is an uneducated vulgar that can’t bake a cake if his life depended on it. they should really consider investing in how to bake a cake and customer service 101 courses asap and maybe some therapy sessions for the sick owner.

Top notch service. Amazing food. The croissants are to die for. Every time i come to Montreal i have to stop by here to pick up sweets and of course croissants for breakfast. Their petitsfours are addictive. Their cakes are drop dead delicious. I can go on and on but i suggest u get the point so get up and GO THERE aee for yourself

They have the best dark hot chocolate I've ever had, Thank you for that☺️❤️. I love their cookies as well. They have a good almond croissant that I always buy.❤️ Staff is good and the owner is respectful and great. ?

Cakes are done lebanese style so if you’re looking for authentic european pastry/cakes stay away from this place. In addition to their weird taste, cremino’s cakes are of poor quality. Customer service is just as disgusting as the cakes sold there. The owner is a condescending, rude, and insane racist that shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers.

A delicious variety of pastries and very kind and helpful staff! I go every time I'm in Montreal, and my family particularly loves the Cortina cake for when we have visitors. In the years I've been going I've yet to find a pastry I didn't like.
