This is the best gluten free bakery in montreal. Their prices, service, and products are phenomenal. The gluten free tourtière and croissants are especially impressive.
Many delicious & fresh gluten free pastries/deserts/breads. Highly recommend.
Vos pâtés au poulet sont divins et généreux en viande! WoW merci beaucoup! Tout le reste est excellent également.
Good products, and huge empanadas (Seriously - they are massive). Croissants are the best option here.We had croissants, pain au chocolat, empanadas (spinach & potato, Chicken & pizza sauce). By far the croissants are the lightest (the least butter) and better options. Empanadas fillings were not great, but they are fine. They are so big its hard to finish one by yourself. Pain au chocolat is ok - and heavy on the stomach.Great to see a full bakery dedicated to gluten free! Amazing work.
I wish every bakery make their none gluten free pastry as well as PSG! Not only does it not taste like gluten free, it tastes better than a lot of the regular pastries I’ve tried. We’re here for the holiday from NY, and have been trying gluten free bakery around Montreal, this is honestly the best one I’ve tried even tho it doesn’t have as many review as the other. My favorite is that they offer great savory options on top of the usually sweet desserts. It’s so easy to find sweet gluten free desserts, but savory item is hard to find even in different part of the world! The chicken pizza turnover is so so so good, so meaty, the dense but flakey crust, saucy, we didn’t even need to heat it up the day after and it still taste delicious! Strawberry cream pastry is phenomenal too!! Kind of wish I live in Montreal so I can visit more often, especially they have new items even just in 2 days! (Yes I came back after 2 days because it’s that good)Service could be a little bit better, but it’s so so so worth it!
Tasty! And yummy ?. Multi grain bread is amazing! Also, I came when it was already closed and he opened for me, that was very kind.?❤️?
Best gluten free shop I have ever been to! Everything is gf, and you wouldn’t believe it from walking in the bakery. A must go for anyone who is gf and misses having pastries: I actually cried when I tried their croissant it was incredible ❤️
My girlfriend is celiac and the bread/pastries are amazing. Everything is homemade, and the owner/baker is a kind man. It's now our go-to stop.
This bakery is truly a gluten free heaven. After being diagnosed with celiac 15 year ago I had given up hope on ever eating light flaky pastries again. But, the brothers behind Parc Sans Gluten are magicians. Their croissants are perfection! True perfection by any standards! Each of their wide assortment of desserts (eclairs, tarts, cakes, turnovers, mille-feuille and more) are exceptional. Equally fantastic are their savory baked goods (multiple flavors of calzones, pizzas, meat pies, wraps, and more). Everything is made in house, from scratch, and is of the highest quality (for example you can see sheet pans of fresh roasted vegetables in the kitchen). Their offerings change weekly, making routine visits a must. Parc Sans Gluten gets my highest reviews, not only for those who require gluten free, but for anyone who enjoys top notch baked goods (both sweet and savory).
