I walked out without buying anything. The business has 2 restaurants in the same space. The sandwich place and a smoothie / bubble tea place. The smoothie place was busy and had a line. Mstar was utterly deserted. No customers, no employees and I briefly became invisible when I stood in front of the counter. I'm still not entirely sure the place was open for business.This is what always seems to happen when you try to run multiple restaurants with the same crew. All of the employees swarm the busiest restaurant and the other(s) get abandoned.
Not overly impressed. The philly cheesesteak sandwich was better than the Poutine, but I was expecting it to be slightly larger. It was a pretty tasty sandwich though. Poutine was far poorer in quality. Thin, McDonalds-esque fries and very stingy on the curds! Truly one of the most disappointing Poutines I've ever had.

The service wasn't very friendly either. She had a rude look and wasn't very friendly when you ask questions. It's convenient since it's so close to Côte-des-neiges metro.
There is no description on skipthedishes for many of your items. I even tried going on your website but it redirects me to skip. How am I suppose to know what is a Chef Burger or a Royal burger or a trio sandwich irresistible?

You guys have not only increased the prices but also decreased your sandwich size and stuffing. i had a double flavor trio after 1 year and it wasn't worth 14$.look at the size of your sandwich below and compare it with the pictures others posted about 1 year ago. you do the justice.I have been your happy customer for years now but I was really disappointed today.
It’s one of my favorite sandwich places in Montreal.Good quantity with a reasonable price.If you are planning to go other fast food places, you should definitely go there!

Sandwiches have good taste, many choices of sauces. Location is perfect, space inside is reasonable although not too spacious. Price wise, I found it slightly expensive compared to quantity. Also service was rather slow, seems like staff is limited.
