My girlfriend and I tried this for the first time on December 30, and we were treated so kindly by Oshawna, we went back the next day to get another box. I will say, we loved the flavours, but the service was above and beyond. Definitely have gained two new customers.
So good! Warm and crispy, nicely risen inside. We tried chocolate hazelnut, salted caramel, and strawberry toppings - they're delicious. Be warned, they're messy when you bite into them - you're gonna need a few napkins. They are a bit like Greek loukoumades, but bigger, and a with a big choice of toppings.
Delicious! Plus, you can eat indoors there. Just don't go there if you're in a hurry. It takes a few minutes to make the puffs.
Bought 2 boxes of 12.... They were not Mr. Puffs but Mr. Pfffff!!!! What a robbery.... Tiny sized and almost no syrup, was very disapointed. First and last time at Côtes-des-Neiges branch! Will only return to Acadie where I am always more than satisfied!!
Do yourself a favor and don't order online at this location!!! I ordered online about 45 mins before going to receive my box on time and not wait because I was in a rush, and not only was my order not even prepared when I arrived, it hasn't even started until I got there. The flavors I wanted weren't available so I had to wait longer. Since the flavors I wanted was no available, I asked for a refund, but the cashier didn't know how to give a refund, so I ended up picking flavors I did not want. I tried posting a comment on the website before coming here, but their web doesn't even work.
I order Briscotti puffs and mr. Iced mocha. They are delicious
I ordered from Uber Eats 3 items, they forgot one item , the puffs i ordered werent the flavours that i asked and i ordered a hot chocolate, they didnt put whipped cream and the cup was HALF full. Thats definitely not only mistakes but people preparing the food being lazy. Oh and bonus point everything was cold. If I want mr.puffs I will order at another store but I wont order at that one again !
Kind of reminiscent of a popular young call girl. Beauty is there but the spark of hope in her eye has faded. Body is wearing quicker than it can be mended. If you go here you will enjoy yourself but you won't be inspired.
Everything is delicious. I walked in for the Loukoumades and Greek Frappe, and was surprised to see the addition of an amazing selection of Ice Cream and Milkshakes. Happy to see new locations popping up everywhere. A must visit if you see one.
