The service is fast! The beef meat is marinated very well!Unfortunately, there are no options with marinated chicken or marinated seafood.Nonetheless, there are a decent amount of options to choose from whether you like seafood or meat. The quality of the meat is very good. The pricing is well priced especially if you have a big appetite.Overall, if you're craving Korean BBQ, it's the place to go.
The food was really good. Service was pretty good even though they were very busy. They have a call button for service. Only a QR code at the entrance for the menu so thankfully I had data on my phone and was able to order. We really liked the bulgogi and cheese corn and sweet potato noodles. Stood waiting for a table at the front door for what felt like 10 minutes before a staff member approached us. I have never had that happen before but at 8pm on a Monday it looked like absolutely every table was full.
One small barely working grill for seven people and told it was last call an hour after arriving (we could not get anything cooked because the grill was hardly working). Chicken pieces were mostly fat and tendons. Squid was bad. Never received full order after the first order was put through. Two stars because the staff was pleasant and the rest of the food was of good quality. Will likely not return.
I like the BBQ Korean and they have soju flavors I like ? so good ?
I went there yesterday and had the best service and food quality I've had in a long time. I've never expected excellent quality from all-you-can-eat restaurants, but Mon ami has completely changed my mind. I give it a ten out of ten for quality and service, and just thinking about it makes my mouth water. will come back again very soon !
Horrible takeout experience :/We ordered boneless green onion fried chicken, tteobokki and Korean pancake but the food was just bad. The rice cake was fine (it’s a hard dish to screw up). The rest was just confusing. The Korean pancake was a whole different dish, I’d say it’s more similar to a really thick Chinese scallion pancake but with no scallions and just a whole lot of batter. Also very undercooked. The fried chicken was SUPER disappointing. I love my Korean fried chicken but this was somehow subpar to mcd chicken nuggets. They tasted so bland, dense, and had no texture whatsoever. The sauce was also questionable: tasted like honey mustard with extra vinegar or something when it’s supposed to be soy garlic (it was a dark sauce)… paid 30$ for Korean fried chicken, probably got some generic frozen stuff instead :/
The food was great, the ambiance was on point, the only thing I didn't like was the hot temperature. Other than that, I would recommend 100%.
good service ,great korean foods and wonderful staff!highly recommended to family and friends!
The food quality is definitely the best among the ayce BBQ restaurants in Montreal!
Pretty enjoyable experience overall, I think it's a great concept if you want to bring someone who never went, as they get to try a bunch of different foods. It is about 40$ per person, all you can eat. They also require the vax passport and follow sanitary measures to a T!One fairly big downside when I went is that they would never get our order right. We were missing items we ordered or received the wrong ones, one item in particular we tried to order maybe 3 times and we never got--maybe the item was unavailable, but it would've been nice to let us know! Service was a bit slow, but I think they were understaffed on the night I went, so it's alright.
