Due to a purported shortage of personnel, patrons were obliged to line up outside and wait for their turn to go in, only to be asked to leave the restaurant once having received their order.The ice cream machine was not working - again, and if that weren't enough to ruin a splendid summer evening, the manager refused to confirm the spelling of her name when asked.

Horrible service. I ordered lunch, it took long but that was kind of expected. But when i went back for dessert, i ordered 4 apple pies. I waited 25 min, asked them 3 times where my order was and was ignored. Then after 25 min, one of the workers came back with change (4.10$ instead of the 4.12$ that i paid on my credit card) and said they forgot to put the pies in the oven and left it at that... Didn't ask if i wanted to wait for the pies (i would have) or offer something that was available instead, like cookies or donuts... The worst service I've ever seen. I must have seen at least 5 people have to go ask for their orders and sure enough they were ready but nobody called their number, and at least twice 2 people got the wrong orders.
Food was fine but manager and staff let someone smoke cigarette inside and did nothing about it so I would have given 1 star but I did enjoy my food.
This store says 24hrs, but they lock the doors after a certain time to keep bums out, so you can't get anything. Also, the manager here needs to be fired. Literally just let someone smoke a cigarette in the restaurant.
Had a bad experience at this location. Whole restaurant is dirty with litter all around. Tables and chairs were not in order. Staff is least considerate about serving the customer.Place was more occupied by drug addicts who were having a good location for get together.
Very central. A warm gesture of welcome from Daniel . Nice , clean and spacious a room. Many towels. Thank you ?...A great start to a visit to Montreal City.
Service , hygienic condition at Kitchen was poor.Staff were handling food processing without glows.
okay dont go to mcdonalds, i made the mistake of grabbing a breakfast sandwich and it was gross. im not sure if they are always gross, but there are so many good places, dont go here.
Convenient location. Enough seating. Public restrooms under maintenance.
