Extremely novel and well executed frozen dessert parfait. The matcha had been steeped well. We will be going back before leaving Montreal.

I would love to go there once again and try other desserts! I tried matcha parfait with a lot of additional toppings- Zanmai signature. I loved their parfait as well as matcha cake, matcha jelly and adzuki paste. My boyfriend took parfait with matcha cakes and he also loved it.There are few tables inside, but no washroom ?Anyway, I strongly recommend, especially if you like Japanese pastries.

Had the matcha vanilla mix. It was very good and the perfect texture. The only thing I will say is that you have to be really into matcha, it's not light, almost like eating a tea bag. The vanilla kind of neutralized it though. Anyway it was very authentic and you should definitely try if you're a matcha fan

Would return.Pretty sure this is a straight copy/affiliate of Tsujiri from Toronto. Similar menu etc.Very good Matcha - strong and slightly bitter. The cake bit is really nice, would recommend adding it to your ice cream. Jelly is a skip. Rice puffs is a nice texture to icecream. Overall you won't be disappointed, good to share between two. $9Takes AMEX.

I like the matcha ice cream here, very smooth texture. Not too sweet so it’s perfect for me. Store is clean and staff is nice. I ordered Zanmai signature, it has a little bit of everything, it was nice. Vanilla ice cream is good too. Perfect quick stop for summer.

One of my go-to shops downtown when I’m in the mood for a matcha dessert. The soft serve is creamy yet firm and the matcha flavor has the right amount of bitterness, earthiness, and grassiness that I enjoy. This is real matcha! I’ve also tried their parfaits, cake and mochi and I’ve never been disappointed.

Really great food. I had the matcha signature parfait. It was really good. My friend had the cone ice cream with the flavors vanilla and matcha. He liked it, and so did his t-shirt and shorts.Overall, I would recommend this place

Their soft serve matcha ice cream is really good! It’s not some matcha scented ice cream that’s commonly found, but a really thick matcha flavour. Their iced matcha latte is really good too! One of my friends had it hot and said many compliments.I was excited to try the kinako latte and had it iced.. but it failed to reach expectations. I am a huge fan of roasted soybeans but I guess it’s not easy to turn that into a great drink, or maybe my expectations were too high. The staff are all nice and service is friendly.

This random shop in the corner has no business being this great, yet they sell fantastic soft serve. The matcha is surprisingly good too; the prices are pushing the limit, but I still highly recommend getting dessert here.

Found this place by accident, and I’m so glad I visited here.I ordered Shiratama parfait, and I was 100% satisfied with what I got.Not overly sweet, and the soybean powder on top made it tastier.More mochis and red bean are hidden at the bottom of the parfait!Best matcha dessert shop I’ve come across so far!I would definitely visit this place again next time I’m in Montreal!
