The best sandwich I have ever had in Canada! You must try it if you like Asian style sandwich! The bread was soft and the combination was wonderful. Although waited for a long time it deserved.
We heard that they had good food and coffee so we stopped by.\\n\\nWe ordered both karaage and tamago sandos. The two sandwiches were looking absolutely amazing and the taste was pretty good. But, not going to lie, the curry was the best.\\n\\nThe iced americano was good and I heard so many compliments about the hojicha white chocolate, so we got that on ice, but I’m still not too sure about it. Many people did compliment the hot version, so I guess it might be different when on ice.\\n\\nWe did order too much food and had to get a takeout box. The worker there was very nice, gave us the box and stickers to decorate.
Had a great time at this super hip cafe. The tamago sando is incredible, hojicha latte was delicious and the curry is also great. Will absolutely be coming back for lunch whenever I’m in the area!
The staff was really friendly! The food wasn't extraordinary but still good ? i tried both the tamago and karaage Sando. The coffee jelly was a bit too acidic for my taste but my friend loved it so if you're not a fan of sweet dessert I recommend it :)
A great daytime experience on the Osmo X Marusan backyard/terrace.\\n\\nA nice, quiet (if you don't count the groups of brawling sparrows), private backyard terrace, surrounded by buildings from all sides. Plenty of tables, for you to be able to bring your laptop and\\ndo some work, while munching on the variety of their dishes and sipping on their coffees.\\n\\nOn the menu:\\n• Katsu curry (Breaded pork, rice, picked vegetables)\\n• Tamago Sando (Organic fried egg, Mornay sauce, smoked salmon)\\n• Croissant\\n\\nDrinks:\\n• Oat latte\\n• Hojicha latte (With white chocolate)\\n• Osmo Fog\\n\\nA generous portion of fresh, flavourful (non spicy, with ground meat) curry, fluffy rice, lightly marinaded veggies and a crispy, breaded pork, serve as a perfect breakfast or a brunch dish.\\n\\nThe Tamago Sando just melts in your mouth. Fluffy bread, generous portion of Mornay sauce, crispy, fried egg layer on the outside, and a soft, creamy yolk on the inside. Added smoked salmon (extra) for a bit of smokiness and saltiness to the whole experience.\\n\\nFinished off the meal with a fresh, crispy croissant and an array of their coffees.\\nThe oat latte is balanced and not overpowering. The Hojicha latte is a perfect combination of Hojicha bitterness and white chocolate sweetness. This place never disappoints! Great atmosphere, amazing food and nice staff. Good place to study but keep in mind the few tables with power outlets get taken fast. The music is nice but can be a bit loud so I would suggest bringing your own headphones. I recommend trying one of the \\\"Sando\\\" sandwiches, they're delicious!
Shocking on the outside, but beautiful on the inside Great Japanese ???food ?
Fun, young, hip concept of a cafe. We went because of the Japanese curry, which can be a bit challenging to find in Montreal. We ordered the katsu and the kaarage curries. Both were very very tasty but not quite your traditional Japanese curry sauce (head to Marusan at Time-Out Market for the traditional kind.) There noticeable bits of ground meat which was more reminiscent of a Japanese spaghetti type of sauce, still very enjoyable though! The matcha latte here was super good if you’re just looking for a hot beverage.
The food was ok, not amazing but decent, that said what I really enjoyed about the place was the unique design of the building and the cafe’s use of space.\\nI also really appreciated the diverse and interesting selection of alcohol. Sadly we couldn’t stay for long and took the food to go, but I’ll definitely have to come back to have a tea and dessert.
Cozy spot to study/grab lunch. Their food and drinks are all very good. Highly recommend their chai latte, matcha latte, the sandwiches and the curry katsu.
