You cannot have a table in morning unless you order a bunch.Eggs were cold, glasses smelled like egg, and the environment temperature was very cold! We couldn't sit for long

This is such a lovely little place. You can dine in, buy stuff from the bakery or the little shop. I made an impromptu decision to eat here. Had the seafood pasta. The waitress told me it wouldn't be in its shell. When it came I realized she meant it would all be chopped up. While I didn't expect that it tasted good so no complaints. I ordered the dessert in the photo but it was all soggy. When I told the waitress she comped my dessert. I asked for another dessert to go, and told her to pack anything she wanted and not tell me, I wanted it to be a surprise when I got home. Later that night I thought I should've gotten the chocolate mousse with raspberry. When I opened the box lo and behold it was the one! No photos because that one was irresistible!!! I wish I knew the waitresses name. She did a fantastic job handling everything on her own that evening.

Great lasagna, even better service! We ordered here for takeout several times before and have always been very satisfied. Last order, we realized an item was missing for our dinner party when we arrived home. We called and the staff promptly sent out the missing item for delivery along with a gift to apologize. Very classy move! Dinner was saved and the food was delicious as always. Thank you! Au revoir!

I always feel frustrated when I leave this place. The employees are very slow, and I sometimes catch them texting while I wait for service. Also, they do not know how to serve the customers in order. The place does not have a clear queue line path, so customers place themselves randomly sometimes so its hard on the employees to know the exact order when there are a lot of people. However, sometimes, when there is less people, some customers will cut in line, and even with employees noticing this, they don't say anything. So it's very frustrating to have customers cut in line, and having employees not saying a word about it.Also, the employees serving you does not communicate well with each other, so it happens very often that they do a mistake on your order, and they get confused afterwards.I went to this place about 20 times already. About 70% of the times, I leave that place frustrated with customer experience. I won't be returning to that place unfortunately.As for the food, it is best to go there at around noon, when the food is fresh. Otherwise, the food is alright. But be warned, if you go at noon, that's when there is a lot of people. So get ready to get frustrated...

Saturday evening, family dinner. Looking for something not fancy. Limited menu options but ok. Quality of the food and service are standard, not exceptional.. Problems come after we paid the bill. THe server went back asking if there was a problem. Answer: no. I let you 15%... (based on meal values, not including taxes)... She expected more, 15% on the final price (including taxes). I explained, she rolled her eyes. Just asking for explanation is rude. Her attitude is worst. Will never go back.
