I only come here for Eastern European snacks such as Tula pryabik and sweets. Service and common grocery items are sub-par compared to major chain supermarkets.

Great store that has different European food that cannot be found elsewhere. Spacious, clean and organized. A little bit pricier, but in general acceptable.

Great selection of products, EXCEPT for the ready-to-eat food, as there is little variety, doesn't taste very good, and is INSANELY expensive.

The parking service is worst here. I parked my car at 7:50 and by 8:20 my car was towed by SPSQ service, which is ridiculous. Even the charges mention on the board in parking lot is incorrect and it’s a big fraud. I say $29 storage charges for max 6 hours and $87 towing charges but they charges us $133 which doesn’t make sense at all, which is totally unfair. Epicure Store should have some responsibility towards their clients if they want client to come back.

Pretty convenient store like a mini IGA. You can find mostly traditional foods not sure if it's (Russian or Greek , apologies). They sell fresh fruits, vegetables, ham and even baked foods. They have a mini restaurant too where you can find foods starting from $8 and bakery shop as well.Friendly staffs and very clean , top notch.Have abundant parking lots, located nearer to Namur Metro Station.

Definitely not great. The meats and seafood look fresh. The steam table prepared meals look pretty good. Didn’t try them. The produce was definitely weak. Not very fresh at all.

Passed by the store yesterday, Feb. 15th around 5 - 5:15 p.m. and we faced a "stanning" service. 4 people were standing and waiting in front of the buffet section for a while and no one paid attention to us as like we didn't exist. Girls were chatting and laughing, discussing something personal. A gentlemen (Anglophone) had to go behind the buffet station in order to get some attention and get served.I felt uncomfortable and sorry for him meanwhile it's not my business. As soon as he was served, a lady pulled out cell phone from her pocket regardless there were people in line. Had to call her attention again so we could get our food.Had a surge to go away immediately but was very hungry after work. Then the cashier, one young blond lady (was wearing a grey hoody sweater), was standing with still face, no smile or whatsoever.Scanned products in a very slow motion, meanwhile there were no one at the cash, she was waiting for a customer to come back.Somebody probably forgot something and run to grab some stuff but at least could of say something.Simple "please wait a bit" or "go to another cash register" at least. But instead, she didn't even acknowledge people in line.I do understand it was the end of the day, they were probably tired but shouldn't behaved like that. Then we switched to another cashier, very pleasant girl, smiling, "hi and bye", "have a good evening", etc. Will consider next time if we would want to do grocery shopping at Epicure stores.Olga L.

Real life story. At one point I just moved out, no cooking experience, but I lived and worked close by to this store. So I quickly adapted to my new environment and learned to cook Russian meals! Lived like this for about 2 years, I occasionally cook this way for guests lately. This will always be a special place for me to do grocery! My favourite sections are their buffet and the chocolates! They also have a great selection of Kvass, a drink I seem to have a difficult time finding in other Eastern European groceries. Definitely the buffet and chocolates are where I take friends and colleagues to impress them!

This place is on my way to school so sometimes I stop by for a kombucha or a snack. Lots of interesting products and the hot food generally looks pretty good. I think they could improve the quality of the ready to eat sandwiches (like, washing the lettuce better for example). I appreciate their inclusion of some keto foods. I often buy my low carb tortillas here.

Customer service is hit-or-miss; some staff are very nice, others not so much.Low rating because the last time I went, all the customers were walking around with masks under their noses; no one said anything to them. Plus one employee/manager had no mask at all; finally he saw me staring at him so he picked a mask from behind the cash but he put it on under his chin.I won't be going back.
