I love their healthy salads. The guacamole and tortillas are excellent
Ive ordered through Uber eats before, and it was amazing. I decided to eat inside this time because I passed by and it looked so beautiful - Truly a gorgeous little restaurant. Ordered the same salad in person and the proportions were wayyyy off. I could barely find my 8 toppings that I ordered. It was 95% lettuce. I think this is because the takeout containers are smaller so the ratio of lettuce to toppings is better. I just felt like there was wayyy too much lettuce and I was scouring to find the other things I ordered. It just threw off the balance of the salad. Kinda disappointed when you spend 30$ on a salad and a drink. I mentioned it to the staff and they just said they would let the kitchen know. I won’t be back…
Be prepared to queue as it is rather busy but the wait is worth it. The salads are huge and very tasty. Great place to go to if you want to eat something healthy
Their smoothies are very refreshing, healthy, a mix of fruits & veggies. Didn't try their bowl salad yet but they looked colorful & tasy
Very bad experience . When I asked to replace feta for mozzarella they asked me extra money. Then I asked also sauce which they forgot to add. Service was really bad. Salad had no taste
Tasty salad! Super healthyTotally recommend dining in but not deliveries. My favorite branch is near Atwater station.
I love mandy’s! I try to get different salads each time I go and they are all amazing. Probably did more takeouts here and at other locations, but this place was fantastic:)
The food is not bad. But the customer service in this location is not what it could be. I was very tired walking around trying to find the place, so I just needed to sit down for a few minutes while my order was being made. The place was 80% empty seats, but I was told to wait outside because I chose it "to go". This was after paying for my food and tipping. With so many seats available I found this rule dismissive, I had to standup waiting for about 10 minutes with my bag by the entrance where there are no benches or anywhere to catch a break while the place is near empty as you can see on the pic attached. Not the best experience for a customer who's tired and just needed to grab some food and grab a sit while waiting. If the place was busy I'd 100% understand, but that just wasn't the case at all.
I would give a 0 if I could. Worst mandys in the city. They don't respect food restrictions and allergies, I you have any of thoses please don't go to this location! It happened to me twice to order a vegan item and both times I ended with pieces of meat in them! The first time, I was dining in and when I discovered that there were pieces of meat ( probably from mixing salads), I went to talk to the cashier and even if before ordering I mentioned I was vegan, when I talked do her afterwards she blamed me that I didn't mention it as a food alergy and suggested that for future times I should mention it as a food alergy as "they will take me more seriously".Then the 2nd time I ordered via uber, I called the shop to advise that I am vegan and its an alergy ( as per my previous very bad experience ) and to please mix it with different mixing bowl and the lady on the phone advised that she'll take care of it....I ended up with meat again..... Please remove your "vegan items" if your not even able to provide vegetarian items! It's discusting and very upsetting!
I have eaten at Mandy’s probably over 30 times now, but every time it was the one on Crescent street. Absolutely no complaints about that place. This Mandy’s though, the salad was not fresh, barely any salad dressing and they put feta cheese in my salad when I asked for goat cheese. Very ordinary customer service, terrible salad. I will keep going to the one on Crescent.
