My husband and I went to Madison's before the Bill Burr show last night with another couple. We were seated quickly and overall the speed of the service was fine given that it's the night of a show. Our waitress was nice as well as the rest of the staff. My complaint is my meal. I ordered grilled salmon, which came my choice of two side orders (vegetables and my choice of potato). I don't like potatoes so I asked if I could have more vegetables instead. The salmon was fine ... but it was on a bed of edamame? Edamame isn't a vegetable. Usually "vegetables" means steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, maybe asparagus depending on the place). Then when I asked where my "extra" vegetables were, they brought out another bowl of - you guessed it - edamame. We started to say something to the manager but we were already running late. It's just such an odd side dish that's supposed to represent "vegetables". I go to restaurants a lot and I've never had this issue.Another issue is that my husband was served his vodka/soda in a tall glass instead of a regular glass. I understand they ran out of glasses but they basically watered down his drink. It would have been better to give the club soda on the side.

I booked a reservation here at 6pm for tonight 9:30. I noticed the restaurant closed at 10pm so I took the time to call the restaurant that the kitchen would be open when I got there. I spoke to a young lady on the phone who told me I would definitely be able to order food and assured me the kitchen would be open. As I was leaving my house at 9 for my 9:30 reservation I received an email saying my reservation had been canceled. I called again and spoke to a man that told me the kitchen was closing now and that they would not be able to serve me. He claimed it was a problem in the system that their kitchen closes at 9:30 so they cancel every reservation after that. So why allow people to book those times in the first place ? It was my friend’s birthday and luckily BIS Restaurante was able to take us in for a late night meal. All in all, embarrassing. Poor customer service, ill informed employees, no remorse on the phone. I can’t imagine what I would have done if I had arrived on location with my group and been embarrassed like this.

Service was alright, my 2 friends and I had the same orders for dinner. The restaurant was relatively empty, not too busy. I rarely complain when it comes to food and restaurants, however, the limited menu and food was very disappointing. For starters, you'd expect a decent amount of ceasar salad if you're paying $9, but they were very very stingy with the portions and dressing. Just to give you an idea, the food at my school cafeteria is overpriced and yet they still offer about 4 times as much salad for less than what I paid for here. Our drinks were very diluted with a lot of ice and no free refills of course. I understand there's a markup because it's directly next to the Bell center, but for a $30 burger, you'd expect it to taste decent, right? However the patty was very dry and overcooked which is absolutely unacceptable at that price, I mean come on! For the quality of food they're serving and at that price, I'm surprised they're still in business. Honestly, save your money, you're better off eating at McDonald's or frozen food from the Provigo next door.

Very busy... and expensive. 2 appetizers and a couple drinks, almost $100. Appetizers were nothing special. Drinks were average. Once they knew we weren't ordering entrées, the brought the bill and rushed us out the restaurant. Save your money for something better.

I have visited the Drummond street location. The wait was exceptionally long. (To be expected on game night) Once we were seated, the waitress explained how management was limiting the menu possibilities due to long line ups. Management is extremely greedy and forcing you to pay for the expensive meals. We were 4 people at the table. I was expecting to eat an entree whilst enjoying a cold beer however I was obliged to order a full course meal. Even though everyone else ordered a full meal. After waiting for 45 minutes to be seated and being treated the greed. I rate this location 1 star if I could rate less I would.

Very busy but was worth the wait cause of the food and the hospitality. I commend my waiter for being top notch cause she was getting bombarded with orders from my group. The food was good and they kept coming with the drinks. For a busy place like that to rush and accommodate customers is quite impressive!

Came here for dinner with my husband and my two year old after Disney on Ice. We were seated promptly, there was a kids menu with colouring and crayons ready for him right away which anyone with a toddler knows is essential! Service was wonderful. The servers were prompt, polite, and professional! The food was delicious and great recommendations by the servers. Next time we will come for an adult only dinner to enjoy the bar side of the restaurant and explore the cocktail menu.

We went to eat at Madison’s after Disney on ice with 6 kids. They were very organized, we were happily greeted at the door and assigned a table. Our waiter came to see us right away and gave the kids a colouring sheet and crayons all Disney themed! The waiter took the kids orders right away, and brought kid friendly cups with drinks inside. The kids loved there chicken fingers and fries, and us, adults, really enjoyed our food as well. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and happy creating a great environment for the kids after the show. They were very understanding of the many demands of serving children. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant, food was good but service is not great. We asked/she offered to bring us some condiments etc, never received them throughout our meal. We tried flagging her down and seemed to ignored, finally got to ask for 2 (overpriced) beer and she confirmed to bring us a beer and cesear. When we tipped to how the service was she complained to us we did not tip enough loud enough for numerous tables to hear.. which is extremely unprofessional. When we explained to her why she laughed and said we should pay enough to cover what she owes to the table. It is not our responsibility to pay your employer wages when the service was not what I expected for the many prices.

Beautiful restaurant, good food but alittle overpriced. Server asked if we wanted ketchup and mayo with our meal we said yes. Got our meal and no ketchup or mayo ever did come. Server didn't come back even after tried to wave at her till food was gone, we asked for 2 beers server confirmed 2 beers then brought out a ceaser and a beer and left ( that was what our first round was). When bill came the server complained to us that we didn't tip enough then I mentioned the flaws and she laughed and said that's fine.
