My friends and I were in town for the weekend and stumbled upon the Mad Hatter Pub we grabbed a table and were served instantly by Daphne. She was extremely attentive, friendly, personable and made our evening 10x better. The vibes, music and interactive games were so much fun but she made the evening. We will certainly be coming back and asking to sit in her section. Merci Daphne!!
Despite having a lot of people since we visited during the Grand Prix weekend, we still got good customer service. Their pub food was decent and not overpriced at all. They played really good music as well but it was extremely loud. Otherwise, it’s a fun bar.
Such a cool place. Had a couple cocktails + shots and poutine & everything was delightful! Vibes are great, decor is both hilarious and sick af. 10/10
Nice pub with a good atmosphere, but the wait was very long for our food and drinks. At one point our server apologized and claimed our orders had gotten deleted. The food was okay but not great. I recommend going for the fun vibe and drinks, but not really the food.
Good people, clearly met our goal.
Felt totally ignored. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes, nobody notices us.One guy doing the dishes/glasses saw us and didn't even mention it to the bartender (at least the bartender could simply acknowledge our presence and tell us he was busy at the moment, no problem).EDIT : what are you willing to offer me for my feedback about the customer-exprience? I absolutely love it here! I’ve gone to tons of bars after moving to montreal and this is the only one that I will gladly come back to multiple times. I have never ever left feeling like I wasted my time or money on a bar. The bouncers ALWAYS make sure that me and my group of female friends feel safe, the bartenders become your friends by the end of the night, and the. Drinks/food are good and super reasonably priced. So worth it ❤️
Cheap food and drinks, cozy vibes, good music, this place has it all. Even though it was packed the server still got us drinks and food, barely had to wait.The only downside is how busy it is, we went at 9pm on a Tuesday and it was still packed. My friend told me there's usually a line to get in.Also, felt slightly old being there, as it seems like more of a student bar.
Good pub to have a chill time with friends, I love that they have different options to play as Jenga! First time here and I would like to come back :) friendly staff and drinks/food are completely affordable!
Good cheap food! Good drinks, cocktails could be improved considerably they're not cheap
