After spending 45 minutes in a queue and having very unpleasant conversation with a cashier, I've tried to enjoy my meal in nearby beautiful park. It could be nice but ig was not: humongous amount of fat and salt. It's fair to say that chiken has nice grill aroma and very tender.
Best poutine ever! The ratio between fries, cheese and chicken was perfect. The fries were still crunchy and the curds were gently melted. Absolutely loved the Portuguese chicken touch...I would est it every time I visit montreal.
There was a line out the door on a Sunday afternoon, but it moved fairly quickly. Huge portions - the regular chicken poutine was enough for 3 meals - but very high quality and delicious. Even the $3.50 side salad was huge! Great balance of cheese, chicken, chorizo, and gravy, but the hot sauce got kinda lost in the massive pile of food. Highly recommended despite the wait.
I ordered 3 spicy chickens and 1 non spicy for 12 ppl and I I asked for the sauce on the side 5 times. The cashier assured me that the sauce was there. When I got home THERE WAS NO SAUCE :-( I called to let them know that there was no sauce and the employee said they will look in the camera. I called back and she said that the boss (Emanuelle) saw in the camera that they gave me the sauce, Like they knew what I looked like. I asked her if Emanuel can call me back, guess what he didn’t call me back…Good customer service. MAKE YOU CHECK THAT THEY PUT THE SAUCE ON THE SIDE
The place is bustling, but the line moved quickly around 7.30pm. It is difficult to find seating and many people were doing take out, although we got lucky and found ourselves a couple of bar seats. We got half chicken with salad, which was filling for the two of us (light eaters). The chicken was finger licking good and the salad was well dressed with a lovely vinaigrette. Their pastel de nata is the best that I have tried in Montreal. Loved it and would Highly recommend!
The food was incredible and came in enormous portions! We did have to wait at least 40-60 minutes in line outside before even getting in the door. Definitely never had a poutine like that before though so worth the wait.
Worth trying.Dedicated grilled chicken establishment, fantastic fries and portion for the price. Great value.Chicken is tender and juicy, sauce is flavourful though I wish they give you some more on the side to dip.Half chicken portion is large, lots of fries, small salad. Recommend getting additional salad if you like salad.Not a lot of seating inside, many do take out. Also sell some pastries too
Best poutine I’ve ever had. The chorizo is also very different from the Spanish one. Tastes really good! The chicken grilled on charcoal is just perfect. Even though there is usually a line to order, it’s very fast. The price is also excellent. I will definitely return to Montreal just to visit this place again.

Although the chicken and chorizo was a great addition and tasted great with the poutine, the sauce itself was a bit too normal. The poutine was good, but it was nothing amazing either in my opinion. The fries were a bit soggy and I wish there was also more sauce accompanying the rest. The pastry was also average, but that is not really their specialty. Most of the time, there will also be a line so beware of that. Even though the line seems long at times, the service is pretty quick and the line moves fairly quickly too.
