Ordered a salad to go with dressing mixed in. It’s a pain mixing in dressing when it’s on the side. Knowing it would be a bit before I got to eat I expected the lettuce to be a bit wilted, no problem there. The ingredients are great, but there’s enough dressing for three salads! At 3pm this is my first meal so I gobbled it down even though the amount of dressing is absolutely ridiculous and gross!
The wraps were de-li-ci-ous! They were very nice to us.The restaurant is gluten free and vegan friendly!If you have a budget, and can't find much places with healthy options, I recommend you to come to liv salads! Healthy, but incredibly delicious!??
Tuna salad sandwich (I had it in tortilla) was a bit too salty and arrived a bit wet already on one side.Other than that it’s good - not many healthy and decently priced places downtown.Also tuna salad had sundries tomatoes, a nice bonus. (And olives- so for the salt lovers I guess)The space was nice and airy and service is pleasant.Will try again to see their other items.
The salads are delicious and fresh and the decor very chic. If you’re into eating healthy this is the spot. I tasted a Kiju pomegranate cherry organic just and oh my that was delicious!!!

Definetely goes in my list of worst money spent.19$ for one of their "star" salad which ended up being the most tasteless and bad salad ever eaten. You get a better salad at fast-foods. It was supposed to have goat cheese...Im still wondering where it was. I wouldn't even get it again for free.The decor is super cute tho but that's about it. Service was long too.

incredible quality, as much in the service as in the freshness of the ingredients. I came with a couple of other Concordia students last week and was served by the owner, Nelly! She is awesome! she made me try a couple vinaigrettes as I wasn't sure which to get. She suggested the grilled chicken since it is their 'specialty', and she was absolutely right! I found the prices to be very reasonable for what you get as well!The place is super clean (bathrooms too) and the sanitary measures are respected. I cannot wait to come back and try other items on the menu!Definitely recommended! :)-a happy customer
