Love the hand pulled noodles here! My favourite dish is definitely the lamb cumin noodle dish. I also love the oil spilled noodle with braised beef. The reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because the service was not that great and because the Hong Kong style milk tea was way too sweet and didn’t taste very authentic. However, do come here for the noodles!!!
Very authentic flavours. We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and spicy chicken noodles. Those who don’t tolerate spicy foods well should take care. When they say it’s spicy, believe them. Very pleasantly surprised with this out of the way find.
Delicious hand pulled noodles full of flavor!! This place originally opened in France and now is open in Montreal. They have an extensive menu with a huge variety. I ordered the original oil spilled 3 in one. It has the perfect amount of spice to balance the rest of the flavors. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the tomatoes in the dish but everything else was perfect. The portion size will also get you full for sure. Definitely recommend checking this place out (close to McGill metro). I’ll for sure be back to try other dishes.
The best well cooked handmade noodles ever tried, nevertheless I expected an explosion of flavours in the different dishes I tried and that did not happen. They are good but not impressive. On the other hand, I strongly suggest the spring rolls, they are delicious! The pan fried chicken dumplings are just meh. The portions are very generous.

Last night in Montreal, just wanted something close to the hotel, light, and inexpensive, we found this noodle place.Noodles was good, you can tell it’s freshly made, possibly by hand.The seafood chow mien wasn’t very good, sauce is the problem, maybe stir fried noodles is not their specialtyThe noodles with shredded chicken, and seasome sauce, was good, lots of flavour, and ingredients were fresh, we liked this dishService was good for Chinese standard.
Tried first tine their oil spilled noodle (three in one), I would say it’s a very good. Would definitely revisit. There are other noodles to try. Highly recommend.

These are really good Chinese noodles! Not sure if you can find better restaurants in Canada that serve these quality bowls and at these great prices. The noodles are bouncy, the meats are fresh and tender, and even the lamb isn't too gamy. The service was a bit slow; otherwise, I highly recommend trying this restaurant.
