They make the ordering process easy and it tastes delicious. Easily best poke bowl I’ve ever had
I got the salmon bowl and was awful, I had to eat it because I was hungry, but now I feel like I wanna vomit. Don’t recommend. Plus its so pricey.
Food itself looked amazing, the toppings were yummy but honestly the bottom half of the bowl didn’t taste as good. I got the shrimp and crab bowl, my friend got the veg bowl. She was so excited to eat it but found a hair in her bowl :( that ruined her appetite. So overall, I’d recommend hair nets, and for myself I don’t think it was my cup of tea. Pro: the portion size is really good for the price.
I like this place. I often choose to customize my own poke bowl and it’s good. Fresh and tasty. Staff is nice. The sitting area is good distance.
I absolutely adored Poke Station when they first opened but over time the service has become terrible. My issue is with the Crescent and Monkland locations as they cannot seem to get my order right, I have been very patient and continued to order as I want to support but now reaching my 5th wrong order I cannot support them any longer. The issues vary from receiving the complete wrong order to substituting items without notice and not including any sauce in the poke bowls. If solutions were presented by staff or any sort of understanding was shown I would of been more than happy to continue buying but the lack of empathy isn't worth it. This issue present when picking up orders and when ordering through delivery apps, at least when you order through apps they acknowledge and show understanding vs the locations themselves that don't care.
Good food horrible staff. The girl at the register does not want to talk to you or work. Very slow and unfriendly with attitude.
This is the first poke restaurant I've found that makes such customizable poke bowls. You can start from scratch with base choices such as brown or white rice, quinoa, in addition to choosing toppings and sauce. Although there are main menu items as well, including one vegetarian option, these are also super customizable to change the base and add more. The price was awesome for how much you get and how great it tasted. The customizability of the menu also means we'll be coming back to try different options!
Quite delicious and friendly staff! A bit expensive for the size but I’d still definitely recommend it. I usually get half shrimp tempura, half chicken.
Great portions and delicious. The reason why I didn’t give 5⭐️ is that when you pass an order online, you do not get a confirmation email like most restaurants so you’re not really sure what time to go, if they got your order, etc
