Excellent brew pub with super choice, tasty brews, and on point staff and ambience!
Such a unique beer list and great neighborhood vibe!
This is a no no sense bar that is great for beer. They have a great selection that is brewed on site and very competitive prices. It has an old school feel and feels like the neighborhood spot where you grab a drink after work. I have only been on weekends but you get the vibe. It would be the bar in a sitcom !
Welcoming new pub, fantastic house beers, tasting flights, and dog-friendly patio!
The Saison Sauvage sparkles and bubbles with freshness. The slightly acidic quality of the yeast offsets that to create a sweetness with a sharp edge. What a wonderfully expressive drink! The notes of hops and malted barley are firm in the fragrance and flavour of the English IPA, without overwhelming the brew. This is a traditional brew that is most satisfying.La Mer TroubleGlorious floral notes inveigle they way up the olfactory routes, sharpening taste buds in anticipation.Oh! May all seas be this troubled! Waves of sweetness crash over the bows, smashing to kindlingthe battened hatches of restraint. Try not to gulp this down; you may go down with all hands. This is best drunk as a dessert beer as it is rather honeyed.
Great place with amazing beers.
Staff is very rude and uneducated. The host said we should be speaking French and she said that the capital of Canada was Quebec City. Terrible service. Terrible hostess.
Having tried multiple breweries around Toronto and Montreal, this is One of the best breweries I have visited. Anything on tap is good for your tastebuds. I ordered stout and not sure what I am gonna order next-Brut it was, next level. Enjoy your drink! :)
Stellar service and good craft brews available on tap and (occasionally) to go. Mingle with regulars as you admire local artwork in an unassuming setting, welcome to all.Cheers
Classic brewpub, the oldest one in Montreal and second oldest in the province. Still as relevant as ever, even after a few renovations, they managed to keep that old school bar feel, with terrazzo walls and sober decor. Beers are excellent, and plenty of selection. Belgian saison, brown ales (nobody does brown ales anymore except them), a Tmavé that only Amère à boire could beat, sours and of course the ever present IPAs. Service is friendly and laid back. Crowd is very eclectic, from shiny instagrammers to old crusty punks. Just a great neighborhood pub and an low key gem of the city's beer scene.
