Excellent. I’ve read a few of the negative reviews on here and have concluded that none of those people understand the concept or idea of a real BBQ restaurant.There is no menu which is great because it keeps things easy and simple and this is in line with proper BBQ establishments. There are 5 meats and you can have all of them or one of them or anything in between. Comes with a choice of two traditional sides.The meat is smoked to perfection and amazing. John Lattuca is clearly a master at what he does.Service was amazing with our waitress being kind and attentive.Several beers on tap as well.All in all, I can’t believe this place isn’t jammed every night. Best BBQ I’ve had in Montréal and will be coming back 100%
If I could give this place 6 stars I would.Came here for a bachelor party. The service was great. Server has a great sense of humor and was quick and accurate getting our drinks out. Food was out of this world. Beef rib fell off the bone. Pork ribs were the best I've ever had. The owner, Jean, was amazing. He came out and talked about his time in Texas and how he came about barbecuing. We told him about the bachelor party and he and all the staff came out for a shot of bourbon with us. Super nice person and great restaurant. Would come back every time
You can tell John is passionate about his craft. When he visited our table he gave us a rundown of the wood selection he uses to BBQ, and how selective you've gotta be to get quality materials. Easily the best brisket in Montreal.Service was great and friendly, reservations were a breeze. A+ experience

Best Barbecue I've ever had - had the beef ribs and brisket. The first bite I could tell these meats have been cooked with the labour of love and extremely grateful we stubbled across this gem of a place.
A must try if your in Montreal. Legit the best bbq in the city. Authentic, most flavourful smoked meat. The owner is a really nice and friendly guy and makes you feel comfortable eating at his restaurant. Thanks for the great food Latucca.
Food was absolutely delicious, one of the best ribs I've had, best beans for sure as well. Waitress was super nice and sweet and gave us good recommendation on what beer to try.One of the staff member (I believe he's the owner?) was pretty rude and didn't like his attitude at all, smiling doesn't hurt man.4 stars
