My friends recommended this place to me. I went to this place. But there was something that we got to know which totally removed this restaurant from my list. My friend who works there informed me that they use eggs in the dough for the Naan/ Bread. Me being a vegetarian, I was totally mislead. Normally we don’t use eggs in that dough so i was under the impression that it was without that. In the saint Catherine branch, we went and we found hair in the food. When we asked the waitress to talk to the manager and do something about the food, the manager said that she cannot do anything and that we have to pay for that food. There was no replacement and she said that she will take it as a feedback. We went again and guess what? The same issue. I would not recommend this restaurant to Vegans and Vegetarians.

Very bad staff attitude from the owner. The pakora which we ordered was not cooked properly and we informed this to the service staff. We asked politely to replace it with proper cooked one and the owner refused to do so.
Food here is amazing. It was our second time today. We had the tandoori chicken, the lamb curry and the chicken biryani. The tandoori chicken was so tender and tasty. The curry was super tasty and the biryani was ok.Last time a few months ago we had the thali for lunch and it was truly THE BEST we've tried here in Montreal.I'd say in the 4 years I've been in Montreal it's probably the best Indian food around.
It’s now my #1 restaurant to order from.Spices, everything, is beautiful.Naan bread needs some BIG improvement. It had a hard time catching up with the greatness of the food. Raita needs more harmony.Highly recommended
We ordered: chicken chettinad curry, butter naan, non veg thali, podi masala dosa, chicken kottu, gulab jamun.Food was really really amazing! Prompt service and delicious food.
A must visit place to go. Excellent food. I've never tried sambar like this before. Ambience over there is great. Customer service was quite applealing. I would recommend to visit and try their authentic food.

Do try this place of you are in the town especially their Rawa Kesari. Had a great experience overall.
