Unprofessional work place and environmentThis place is so dirty and a scam. I've seen these poor workers work all day until sometimes 3 am and the boss screaming at them like they are robots and not human. Morning to early morning. And the owner. God forbid his wife. Rude and disrespectful. They act like we are bothering him. Have more respect when you are taking my money. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Run far far far away from there.
Great place to find late night meal near the Decarie / Triangle area. The Poulet pita trio they have is pretty good and the fries are lip smacking. A must try if you're looking for a late night snack.
Delicious food, served graciously by friendly staff. He made my poutine exactly how I asked. Nobody else give that kind of personalised service

Food was alright, I've had better food at other Belle Pros. Customer service was horrible though. The staff look like they all hate their job i didn't feel welcome from any of them. The person that took my order was the worst. I changed my mind about a poutine so i asked politely if he can change the regular poutine to a smoke meat one and he DARED to sigh and put his head on the counter as if i changed my order 5 times and he was annoyed. So rude and disrespectful.
My poutine came with a portion of crumbs of cheese curds with 4 actual whole curds lol but I love the sauce here and the fries are on point so I went back to buy extra cheese curds.\\n\\nThey used to have a good portion of cheese curds in their poutines back in the day. Covid hard times?\\n\\nCome here but bring your own bag of cheese curds. Something I would definitely do lol
