Worst experience EVER !!! I came here with my family and they didn't let us sit with our kids. There wasn't enough tables and we asked if we could move tables so our kids can fit as well and they said no. So I guess this resto only works if you go here without kids?! because THEY WILLINGLY aren't accomodating to a clients needs. I came here to eat WITH MY FAMILY and couldn't SIT with my family. They wouldn't even allow us to GET EXTRA CHAIRS for my kids to sit. They wanted my kids under 3 to sit at a different table...........
15$ for 3 pieces of kebab in a soggy sandwich. Plus they make renovation inside the dining room while customers are eating. Dust flying everywhere and when two mommys complained about the dust going on them and their babies, the rude and mean woman said that we should leave because she don't need our business... after we paid for our food of course. Never again worst experience ever
Food tasted home made and fresh. Prices are very good. Service was very cortious and fast. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Really bad custumer service, the lady in front was so rude with me and my familly!!!! I'm not recommending this place at all. We showed our proof of vaccination, my dad didn't speak english so she was so impatient and with attitude latterly yelling at him!! Then when she scanned all of our vaccination proof, I order food and asked for Sprite, which she replied " You can't see I have only 7 up, I just ignored it. Then My mother asked for coca cola, This girl was with full of bad attitude replied to us" You dont see I have only pepsi". Which wasn't our fault cuz the bottles wasn't displayed properly. Excuse me but go reply to some fool people your fake story ! I saw im not the only person who had bad experience with you !! I will never ever return here again!!!!! Last time my mother cam and she tried ribs it's wasn't delicious, the meat was so dry and overcooked!
i went to their location and ordered a Herath KebabI did inform the person at the counter I dont like mince meet kebabI also asked for a plate with no rice the say it will be extra 1$The plate normally comes with fries, rice and saladI was told it will take 20 minutes, I did pay in advanceI waited in my car for the time I came back after 22 minsMy order was not ready ... it was a lie they give it to someone elseWhen I came back i was told it was not ready I had to wait another 20 mins to prepare itI took my order did not check it at the restaurantwhen I got home it was not the plate that I ordered. I cant eat it or eat the rice. I put in the bag to return the next dayI called they were close or no one was answeringI called the next day someone answer I told him what happen, he mention it was not him who served me the day beforeI asked if I can speak with Ownerhe told me she does not come to this branchI can try the Cote vertu store she is there most of the timesThan the line was cutI did call back to ask for the store numberI called the other branchleft my info to receive a call back from the owner EllaI did not get a call backI did call back after 1 day since Ella did not call me backwhen i finally spoke with EllaShe was Rude and not professional with no classShe told me she cant do anything after I told her it was not my fault and I dont eat rice I just received rice and I did not eat MY plate it was disgusting I did not like itShe (Ella) have the balls to tell me that she cant do anything about the error made by them but she can give me credit for the price different as a store credit to use on my next order.I live in PoT it will cost me more in gas to dive to take a store creditI told her it will not look good if I posted on their siteElla told me go do it I dont careService is 0owner is 0bathroom 0 not clean and does not have soap to wash my handWhile I was in the restaurant waiting for my order they were cleaning where I was.I dont recommend this place no professional
It's a shame to know that this kind of restaurant exists in canada. Our experience with them was soo bad. The staff are so careless, they do not know what does it mean a smile. Bad taste and quality of food knowing that their fees are high. They didn't check for our vaccine passport until we asked them to do it. I will never ever return there. It was the first and last time.
Very bad service, you have to paid for water ,is very cold inside ,in the plat is 60%salad I don't like it ?
Nice decor , food is good but rice is plain .. lack of taste and price is little bit high (16$ for a ghazni plate ) .. salad is plain .Overall it’s good but can improve to better !
Worst experience. The food was cold and just lacked taste. The naan bread was cold. If you're coming from the GTA and have tasted Wattan/Bamiyan/Kandahar Kababs, you will surely be dissapointed with this place. The location was nice and staff was friendly.
I ordered to eat in restaurant, food in to go boxes, tiny plastic cutlery. I wish I knew, I would have eaten somewhere else.They should know that sometimes eating in a restaurant is about sitting down and eating like an adult.Easy to blame everything on covid... too lameOn another note, food is still very good.
